Yazmen

It was 5:43 A.M and Ruby had finally figured out how to shift back into her human, after copious hours of trying and lay in our bed exhausted. I stroke her hair until she falls asleep, and kiss her head softly. She's going to need her rest from now on.

'Small pack meeting, meet me in my study' I mind-link my closest pack members.

Jadyn, my wolf, was still in shock from Ruby shifting so suddenly. We honestly didn't even sense her wolf, and I couldn't smell the musky scent that the wolf souls bring along. There was no indication that Ruby even had wolf blood coursing through her veins. ( A/N if you read the last chapter, nothing has changed, just Yazzy-boo doesn't know yet. Ruby isn't too sure about anything right now too FYI).

Sure enough, everyone was gathered in my study before I came in there. While my heart was racing, I knew I had to get it out. With great pain, I take a deep breath and began.

"We all know I said that your Luna wasn't a wolf, right?" I looked around, and everyone nodded. Their faces filled with confusion. Eve looked at me with her brows furrowed with something other than confusion. I don't really know what it was. "Well... That turned out to not be so true. While she was basking in the light of the Moon Goddess, her wolf came out."

Gasps came out of everyone after I told them, except for Eve. She raised her brow and looked slightly surprised. The rest of the pack muttered softly, trying to grab my attention without waking their Luna in the room next door. Shooshing them, I continued.

"She also shifted tonight. But before she shifted, she told me that it was the first change of many." My eyes looked at everyone's faces. Every face had shock, or pride written on them to know that they had a wolf as a Luna. The thought made me slightly angry because she'd make a fantastic Luna even if she weren't a wolf.

"There's one more thing you should know." I sigh out, not wanting to tell them. My head turns and my eyes look at every one of their faces. "We all know how white wolves are associated with royalty and the Moon Goddess,  right?"

Their eyes fogged as they began talking to their wolves. Many looked as though gears were ticking in their heads, and puzzle pieces fitting into place. A dainty hand flew into the air moments after I asked them.

"Yes, Eve?"

"Is our Luna a white wolf?" Her honey voice pierced the air. Though it drew most wolves in, it repelled mine, being not mated, but already in love with our mate. A slight nod of my head had many of them cheering, and clapping before I shushed them, not wanting to wake Ruby.

"I still don't know where she came from though. There are no missing reports or files, no reports even back when she was a baby. It's like no ones looking for her." Pain fills my heart with the idea that our mate had no family to call her own.

"We'll be her family, Alpha." A soft voice says, reading my mind. Moana(pronounced Moan-a, not Mo-anna) walks into my view and I smile at the sweet girl. She's young, being only 14, but the most mature and responsible wolf I've ever known. She has light green eyes and flaming red hair. Freckles speckle across her cheeks and on her forehead. Circular glasses framed her almond-shaped eyes.

"I know you will, thank you. That's all pack. I'm sorry you didn't get to hunt with your Luna tonight, but soon we will hunt as one." I say, and send them off. They slowly walk out the door. Some are yawning, but I find Eve lingering in my study.

"Alpha, is she really a white wolf?" She asks quietly. Her voice seems filled with curiosity and a hint of mystery. Her hazel eyes meet mine, and she's holding her breath.

I nod my head. My eyes close as I exhale. Eve only becomes tenser as the moment goes on. Before I know whats going on, Eve flutters out of my office, her shoulder length black hair flowing behind her.

Raking my fingers through my hair, I make my way to Ruby's sleeping figure. She's curled up in a ball and clutching my pillow. Chuckling, my limbs pull me into bed with her and I pull her close. Inhaling her sweet scent calms my nerves and enables me to fall asleep with her. Black fills my eyes and I'm left with a peaceful slumber.

Waking up in the afternoon should have been slow, and peaceful, but instead, it was abrupt and harsh. Hard fists were banging on my door so loud I thought my door was made of metal.

"Alpha!" A strong, masculine voice called. Grumbling, I ignored it and rolled over.

"Alpha!" It came again. My eyes rolled while closed. I am NOT getting up.

"Alpha!" This time, it was almost a scream. My growls filled the air as I trudged towards the door. Raking my fingers through my hair and tossing it to the side, I go to open the door, but it flung open before my hand can reach the knob.

"Alpha! I've been calling for you for the past thirty minutes!" A pack warrior practically screamed at me. My growl was low, warning them.

"Now's not the time! The Royals are here!"

Ooooooo! Another cliff-hangerrrrrr!!! Question!!! Whose P.O.V do you enjoy more, or should I change it to third person?

Moana is on the left and Eve is on the right! They're pretty, right?!

Also, also. I feel like the name Yazmen doesn't fit what I'm looking for anymore. If you'd make some suggestions, please. As always, don't forget to
