Prologue

A/N: the characters are from the game Elsword and I'm not following the cover's jobs. I'm just writing this for fun and if I do stop in the middle for more than a month that means I have that exam coming up. For the mean time I hope you enjoy

"Rena! Rena! The elder is looking for you!" My friend shouted. I was picking herbs from the woods and heard the call, I rose my head up with a soft smile on my face and got up to greet her.
"Hello Amelia. What seems to be the problem?" I asked while she took her breath and smiled back, "The elder has summoned you for an important mission, isn't that great Rena? You can finally discover more things while you're on your mission!" Amelia said while her excitement rose.I hugged my friend and agreed and so I took my basket of herbs and the two of us walked to meet the elder.

We walked towards a great tree, higher than all of us and much more older too. It's leaves and branches touched the world's peak, its gigantic roots has crossed many lands and its enormous trunk was in silver and we live around it, only the council members and the El priests lives in there to guard the El that brought us life.

I stepped into the grand entrance with it's tall slender doors stood glamorous with it's gold linings and clean white appearance. By its sides were two status of a gigantic knight, plated with armor with metal that I've not know yet. I continued to walk deeper inside the hall, it all looked fancy but not too glamorous with a rich person theme. In the human world he is called a king?

Amelia guided me towards the council hall, she explained about how to get out and I nodded, reassuring her I'll be fine. She was finally convinced and left, I knocked on the dorr thrice and push the door open to see the elder there with the other council members, discussing in a serious manner.

Was it a good choice to send me to this mission? Especially escorting the highest rank of all, the El master?!
