Tear after tear rolling down her cheek.
She said she was flawed, like a bird with no beak.
She told me she was broken beyond repair and that no one in this world could fix her despair. I saw more than this, I saw a beautiful woman with a heart larger than mine, a woman glowing with so much beauty she had enough to share. A woman with many ideas and many talents but she saw none of this.
She saw the flaws, the broken pieces, she acted as if everything that had broken her affected her physically, as if every altercation had left a crack in her skin and all she saw was her broken self.
Everything and everyone in life had pushed her down so when someone finally held her up she had absolutely no idea what to do.
She is beautiful but she does not see her glow. She is intelligent but she does not see her capabilities.
She is talented yet she does not see her potential.

She is cracked... but not broken.
