ch. 30: apartment looking

Becky and alexa are looking at the one of the apartment that they like

'this apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 living room and a balcony' the lady says

'cool' Alexa says

'I'll let you guys have some time to look at it and talk about it' the lady says

'how much is the rent?' Becky asks

'well just the two of you guys well three of you guys plus the animal but the owner doesn't count pets, just the two of you guys it's 250 now if you guys want kids depending on how many you guys want 1. Is 20 dollars more and another 20 for two kids' the lady says

'oh ok' Becky says, So the lady leaves

'i think i know who owns this place' Alexa says

'says oh do you huh' a girl says

Becky and alexa looks at each other and turns around and sees Aj Lee their old friend from high school

'i thought it was you' Alexa says, AJ Lee walks up to them

'how so?' Aj Lee asks

'when that lady said the owner doesn't count pets' Alexa says, AJ Lee smiles

'true, so what do you guys think about it?' Aj Lee says

'we was about to look around' Becky says

'oh sorry i didn't know that' Aj Lee says

Becky says it's ok

Aj lee says I'll wait outside until you guys get done

Alexa says ok

So She leaves And they look around the apartment and comes back down stairs

Becky says what do you think of it?

Alexa says i like it, you?

Becky says i like it too

Alexa says should we get it?

Becky says why not, but we have to look carefully at the contract

Alexa says well duh Becky

Becky says duh me aga see what happens

Alexa laughs

Becky says you think you're cute don't you

Alexa says yea, I know

As they walk out Becky kicks her in the butt

Alexa says ow!

Becky laughs and they walk out into the hallway and Aj lee walks up to them

And says so what do you guys think?

Becky says we like it and we take it if nobody else has taken it?

Aj smiles

And says nope nobody has taken it yet, I have the contract in my office we can do down there and look over it together

Alexa says yea, sure

AJ Lee says awesome, come with me please

So they follow her to her office

Now I'm gonna talk about Charlotte and dana I haven't talk about them for awhile so Dana is jogging around the block then as she turns the corner Charlotte walks out of her work looking at her phone then for some odd reason she looks to her right and sees Dana and she jogs up to her
Back to Becky and alexa

In Aj lee's office they are sitting across from each other and they look at the contract and they agree on it

Becky says to alexa what do you think?

Alexa says i like it the contract, you?

Becky says me too

So they both signs it and Aj lee too

Aj lee says alright congrats guys you just bought your very first apartment together, as the contract says after you pay the first payment a 100 dollars then you guys can move in at any time

Alexa says what happens if have the money now?

Becky looks at her

And says oh you have money left over from the engagement ring

Alexa says yup

AJ Lee says then that would be great

So Alexa pulls our a 100 dollar bill and gives it to her

AJ Lee says ok so now you guys can move in at any time

Alexa says sweet

AJ Lee gets up

And says welcome to my building

They laugh

Aj lee says I'll see you guys soon

Becky says yup

AJ Lee leaves and Becky looks at her again

And says how did you know to bring that much money with you?

Alexa says i bought it with me just in case the first payment was low

Becky says good idea

Alexa says thank you

Becky says welcome

They kiss and leaves
