It's the next day Dana and Charlotte are at the gym then Carmella walks in and walks up to them

'hey guys' Carmella says

'hey' they both says

'shouldn't you be resting?' Dana asks

'i got bored at home and i know you guys workout on Tuesdays And Wednesday's' Carmella says

'ah' Dana says

'where's mickie at?' Charlotte asks

'working' Charlotte says

'again?, man she's been working almost every single day since you got pregnant' Dana says

'i know and now she's working on her days off too' Carmella says

'and hardly has time for you guys too' Charlotte says

'yup' Carmella says, Tears starts to go down her face and Dana hugs her then Aj walks up to them

'whoa, what's with the water works?' Aj asks, Carmella whips her tears away

'nothing' Carmella says

'alright, anyways Dana you are a lawyer right?' Aj asks

'well, duh Aj' Dana says

'well I need one' Aj says

'what did you do now?' Dana asks, AJ tells them

'what' Carmella says

'when you move out you miss alot of drama' Charlotte says, They laugh

'so you want me to be your lawyer?' Dana asks

'well I don't know if you can cause we know each other personally' Aj says

'true I'll talk to a couple of my friends who are lawyers too and see what they say' Dana says

'awesome thanks' Aj says

'Yup' Dana says

'all of this drama is making me stress out' Charlotte says

'back to working out' Dana says

'yup' Charlotte says

'i wish that I can do that' Carmella says, They laugh

So Finn And Sami meets with their lawyer John

'so we have to go over what might happen in the court room' John says

'alright' Sami says

'ok so Aj's lawyer if he gets one well probably ask some questions that well make aj look good' John says

'what kind of questions?' Finn asks

'like did you Finn start playing your music early in the morning?' John says

'how is ten o'clock early in the morning?' Finn says, John looks at a piece of paper

'well according to Aj he says it's like six o'clock in the morning' John says

'you can ask anybody that I start my music until ten o'clock' Finn says

'alright, now about endangering your child sami, Aj's lawyer would ask how did Aj endangered your child if the child was out of the room?' John asks

'he endangered my child while Finn was standing behind me when me and Aj was standing face to face' Sami says

'and Aj could push Sami into me and make me fall and somehow didn't hurt cole' Finn says

'gentlemen i think we have a case' John says, They both smiles so does John so their meeting is over with

So when Dana gets home She calls one of her lawyer friends they answer it

'hello?' The lawyer friend says

'hey it's me dana' Dana says

'oh hey what's up dana?' The lawyer friend says, Dana tells them what Aj said about his lawsuit

'hmmm, sure I can do that, when can i meet aj?' The lawyer friend says

'whenever you're free?' Dana says

'ok how about lunch around noon tomorrow' the lawyer friend says

'ok, sounds good' Dana says

'alright, bye' the lawyer friend says

'bye' Dana says, They both hangs up and Dana texts Aj

Dana- hey so one of my lawyer friend is going to be your lawyer and well met u tomorrow at lunch around noon

AJ reads it and texts her back

Aj- cool, thanks dana

Dana- no problem

At the apartment AJ lays down on his bed and smiles

'good luck in court Finn And Sami, cause you're gonna need it' Aj says to himself, He turns over on his side and goes to sleep

In Bayley's and sasha's bedroom

'should we tell him?' Bayley asks

'let's wait until after the lawsuit is over with then tell him' Sasha says

'alright' Bayley says, They kiss and goes to bed
