-Mr. Styles--Chapter Six-
"You're going on a date with him!?", Louis was practically yelling, but it wasn't in anger, more of shock.
Georgia had always told him that she and Harry would always be co-workers, maybe even friends, but that was it.
"How did this even happen? What happened to 'just friends?'", Louis asked, pacing the floor as he tried to wrap his mind around it.
"Yeah, I know I said that before. But now it's, well, it's......different", Georgia says.
Louis stops and scoffs.
"Different? Georgia, what about the rules?", Louis asks.
Georgia smiles to herself.
"He made the rules, he can change them", Georgia says.
"Georgia! Do you hear yourself!? He's a multi-millionaire at twenty three! He owns his own company for goodness sake!", Louis protests.
Georgia stands, angered now.
"What are you trying to say Louis? That I'm not good enough for him!? That because I barely can keep up with my own house bills, that I don't stand a chance with him!?", Georgia shouts back.
This catches Louis' attention, but he doesn't say anything, he just keeps quiet.
Georgia is on their verge of tears now.
"Am I not pretty enough!? 'Cause newsflash Louis! Harry isn't like that, he doesn't care who the girl is or how much money they make or what they look like on the outside, it's what's on the inside that counts. You're the one who taught me that, right!? I was hoping you'd be here for me tonight, but I guess I was wrong", Georgia yells, tears streaming down her face.
Louis opens his mouth, but nothing comes out.
"Harry doesn't deserve to be talked about like shit from you. He's way nicer than you think, he treats me like I matter. At least someone does...", Georgia says, trailing off.
"Georgia, I...", Georgia just shakes her head.
"No, Louis. Save it. Call me when you get your head out of your ass", Georgia says.
She grabs her purse, heading for the door.
"Make sure to feed Edgar, if you have enough heart for that", Georgia says, before slamming the door and leaving.
The cold London air strikes her face as if she'd been smacked, but she doesn't care.
She gets in her car, the tears still falling.
She begins driving, she doesn't know where, but she has to get away from where she was.
She couldn't believe thought so low of her. But did he really? She didn't want to ask him, at least not yet.
She kept her eyes on the road, her brain knowing where she was going before she did.
She pulled into a familiar driveway she had seen once before.
She didn't know if she should be here, but she sighed and got out anyways.
She walked up to the door, and knocked softly.
There was shuffling heard inside, before the door opened, revealing a smiling Harry.
"...Georgia? What's wrong, why are you crying?", Harry asks, his smile disappearing.
His eyebrows were creased and furrowed, and his face looked heartbroken at the sight of her.
"I had a fight with Louis", Georgia said.
