Cliffing

As Charlotte and Jay walked into the doors of their school all eyes were on them but she didn't care about that she just looked at her best friend and noticed the hurt look in his eyes. She grabbed his hand and they zoomed through the halls to her and his locker. She quickly input the combination and pulled out one of her many oversized hoodies and handed it to jay and since school hadn't started yet and their bus was early there weren't that many people there but she knew people would tell other people and soon the whole school would know. Jay grabbed the jacket pulling her out of her thoughts and put it on "thanks" he mumbled and looked at her a small smiling forming on both their faces and they erupted into laughter. Once they had stopped laughing their asses off both their fire headed friend, chassidy, walked up and asked them what they were laughing at which they both replied with a shrug of their shoulders and smiled. The bell rung dismissing them to their classes which they all three had first period together. They linked arms and strolled down the hall to their class avoiding all gazes and snickers and whispers. They were just glad they had each other and that was all they could ask for. They had gym first and yes jay was in that class it was a cross gender class. They walked in and Jay's best friend and crush Caleb walked up and smiled at jay swooping his neon blue hair out of his face. "Hey guys what's up?!" Jay and him both were desperately in love with each other and both boys were openly gay and that's only a portion of what they get beat up for each and every day of their lives. Jay smiled and replied "nothing really" and gave him a small playful peck on the cheek and blushed a light shade of pink. "Well in that case," Caleb started "Jay can I tell you something?"
