I'm dedicating this story to blixxyn for being such a wonderful support and a friend!! ♥♥♥ Love you a million ♥♥♥

I SHORTLY FINISH and barge out of the bathroom doors to find Chad standing stiff as a poker behind the door; seemingly longing for me. He's staring blankly into space, being wholly submerged within his own tranquil realm.

I grunt and trudge towards him, waving the back of my palms before his stony stare. No response from him, whatsoever.

I immediately clutch his arm out of fury, enough to startle him out of his little reverie. I then drag him downstairs along with me; shuffling down the cascading staircase. I shall return this stranded boy home, before he further strips the jolly daylight off of my today.

"Can down! This bossing-me-around type of pride is not cute on you." He says trying to soothe me down, patting my back as he struggles to keep up with my pace.

I disregard his little remark, proceeding down the stairs. I'm nearing the front door, when dad abruptly emerges from behind us.

"Where do you think you're going?!" he pipes up as soon as he spots the both of us tread by, about to exit the building without his consent.

I straightaway free Chad's arm from my agonizing grip and turn to face dad who's standing with a scowl, aiming his signature death-glare at Chad.

"Not anywhere you've never ventured, Dad. I was just about to walk Chad home, in fact. But, there's no need to fret Daddy, it's a short errand, I promise." I state with a convincing grin.

I do hope it's going to be merely a brief walk as my pint-sized legs aren't adequately trained to be capable in walking mile-long paths.

Dad looks at me with a baffled expression. I'm not usually very affable with boys, and now Daddy sees me standing frozen here, about to walk a real boy home after spending a rough night, 'supposedly' hooking up with him.

"I'll send Jasmine out to search for you if you aren't home by noon in case you can't recall your way back or opt to run away like those stereotypical churlish teenagers these days." He says.

"Psst, I know my directions...!" I say self-assuredly. The possibility of me getting lost may be 99.99%, which is no biggie at all! I'm one lucky skunk, I'm certain I'll get back home one way or another. I can detect home from mere smell which is a humanly instinct of mine. Believe me, I can definitely smell home.

There's a fraternity house occupied with horny rascals not distant from where I live, and like every other fraternity house; partying all night and setting up ruthless pranks to pull on innocent pedestrians and senior residents are their religion.

Because of those rascals, during some days the entire neighborhood would smell like fresh decay combined with the eccentric scent of explosive male hormones.

"Let's hope so. It's just that you girls don't read maps." Dad mumbles to himself. "But nevertheless, you're free to go with that friend of yours, Harper. I'll be consulting a client all throughout today so just phone me if you ever need anything." He states eventually, permitting me to leave.

I squeal, pretending to be elated and give him a peck on the cheek before exiting the house, linking my hand with Chad's in an unromantic, more towards sadistic way.

"Now, where exactly do you live, hm?!" I spat as we walk down my front porch.

"But my father—"
