The rustling of the leaves. It is a very loud sound against the night, a night full of unease and silence.
Chills brought by the freezing air. The chattering of teeth is left ajar. Unbearable, needy for support.
Currently, no people are found within the deepest forest, nobody goes at this area in fact. Especially during a time like this. It's unsuitable for human beings to go walking around, curious like a cat they are.
Cowardice is also a sight inside the nighty forest. People may just talk to trees pretending they're like one of them in order to provide comfort to themselves from such loneliness. You may call it weird indeed.
Namjoon is different though. He goes in this type of forest every night. There are times he may be lazy but that doesn't mean he won't be able to remind himself of his night schedule.
In this forest, this is the last place where he saw his best friend. His best friend whom he treasured for a very long time.
Sadly, Namjoon doesn't know what happened to him. It breaks him to pieces he doesn't know what he could do without his lifetime buddy by his side. It breaks him to pieces he can't have a treasured friendship anymore like what they used to have. It breaks him to pieces that... His best friend is forever gone.
All it takes is just to come back to this forest and he'd be slightly fine already. And yes, you cannot say he doesn't look groggy wherever he goes.
That situation of his goner friend happened recently, like just a month or so. It's a reason why Namjoon can't recover from a down-feeling state yet.
Yet, just yet.
