As the clock ticked closer towards 2:45, I packed up my stuff before slinging my bag over my shoulder, shrugging the straps on. When the big hand hit the 9, the sound of our schools bell chimed over the PA system, dismissing us from our classes.
"Have a nice weekend everybody" Mr. Dumont, my history teacher smiled to the students who were completely oblivious to the few words he had just said.
"Hope you have a good weekend, Mr. Dumont" I smiled at him before turning and heading out the door.
Running a hand through my hair, I pushed my way towards my locker at the end of the hall, from a distance I saw a tall figure, holding fistfuls of a smaller figures shirt, who the taller boy had pinned against my locker. I sighed and pushed my way closer to them stopping in front of the two of them.
The taller boy turned his head and looked at me, the light from above us glinted off the piercing in his right brow, he glared and lowered his eyebrows
"What the fuck are you looking at?" He spat, in a raspy, deep voice
"Not to interrupt or anything, because clearly you're very busy," I began with sarcasm "but the kid you currently have pinned, is pinned against my locker."
"Your point?" He asked cocking a brow
"Move. Now." I sternly said, holding his gaze
He released his grip on the boys shirt, and started towards me, towering more and more over me as he did so. Noticing his grip being released, the smaller boy sprinted away from where we stood.
"What did you just say to me?" He questioned lowly, a small growl escaping his lips
I stepped closer to him, making the space between us disappear. I hardened my stare and spoke slowly but menacingly, hoping to get the point across that I wasn't afraid of the intimidating boy in front of me.
"I said, move"
To my surprise, his eyebrows rose and he pulled his head back in shock or disbelief
"Quite the feisty little thing aren't you" He laughed looking me up and down
I rolled my eyes and pushed past him, reaching for my lock. Turning the dial I unlocked my locker and grabbed my math textbook. The second the book was past the locker door, it slammed shut.
The boys hand was placed against it, showing that he was the one who slammed it closed.
"First of all," He started moving closer to me, as he had done before "Don't roll your eyes at me, and second," He moved even closer "Don't walk away from me if I'm talking to you" He spat
"Am I supposed to be afraid of you or something?" I asked bored, and impatiently
"If you knew what was good for you, you would be" He spoke slowly, dropping his voice lower with every word he said.
He spun on his heel, and walked down the hall, not caring about who he shoved as he made his way through the crowd.
