We pulled up to the boardwalk and Dani turned the key in the ignition, pulling it out. Pushing my door open, I stepped out of the car before closing the door behind me.

Dani looked over at me and smiled "You ready Ade?"

"Never been more ready" I smiled back, walking towards the boardwalk with Dani at my side

As we got closer and closer, we could see the moving bodies and feel the thump of the music.

"Welcome to boardwalk bash" A tall boy, around 20, with light brown hair that stood on point, smiled at us, handing us each a drink

I inspected the label that read "Bacardi Breezer." I twisted off the cap and drank until it was gone, feeling it hit my stomach as it warmed it up.

"Damn, that went down pretty fast didn't it?" A raspy voice chuckled behind me

I turned and saw 'Castronovo'. I scanned his body, he was dressed in black hightops, with black jeans, a white v neck and a black leather jacket, with his hair styled up. I smiled and turned around facing him.

"Bet you couldn't top it" I challenged, wiggling my eyebrows at him, before turning back around and walking towards the bodies that swayed with the music, with Dani at my side.

'Castronovo' appeared at my side a few seconds after "Bet I could" He countered

I smiled and grabbed his wrist, dragging him through the crowd until I caught sight of the bar.

"Two Bacardi Breezers please" I smiled at the bartender

"I.D. please?" He lowered his gaze at me

I mentally cursed myself and frowned, turning around to face 'Castronovo' "I got it" He smirked, reaching into his back pocket, pulling out his wallet

He slipped a small card out and showed the bartender, he nodded and reached down, passing him the two drinks. He turned and passed the bottle to me.

I twisted the top off again and watched as he did the same

"Ready?" He asked

I nodded and brought the bottle closer to my lips

"One, two, three!" He smiled tilting the bottle back against his lips as I did the same

I swallowed hard, and fast, rushing to finish the cold drink that stung my throat. I swallowed the last bit and looked at my opponent. He held a goofy smile, with his empty bottle in his hand. I sighed in defeat

"Sorry, guess I'm just good like that baby" He smirked, winking at me
