Air Balloon

"I'm sorry but this air balloon only holds three people including the pilot, you will have to wait until another single person comes" The instructor said to you with his hand acting as a barrier in front of you. Your two friends looked back at you wanting you to come along.

"Don't worry go along without me" You smiled at them as they got onto the third balloon. You watched them from the queue as they were in the air looking down at you.

"I'm sorry sir but there isn't room for four people in one balloon" The instructor said to the guy behind me.

He was adorable, his expression was like his mother took a lollipop of him. 

Suddenly, i felt a gentle tap on my shoulder. I turned around and saw him again.

"Are you waiting to go in a air balloon? if you are do you mind if we share i don't have anyone to accompany with" He smiled at me.

"Sure" You smiled back but then you remembered how timid you were of heights and having nobody familiar around you made you panic.

"Um.. maybe we should go to the back of the line" You pulled at his arm and dragged him away.

As soon as you turned the operator stood in our way and said "oh you have a partner now, lets get you set up"

You gulped in fear whilst on the other hand the cute boy was thrilled. 

"After you" He shyly said and eye smiled at me. 

I slightly blushed and nodded and timidly went inside the air balloon. The instructor and The cute stranger followed behind me. The Instructor went over health and safety regulations and secured the take of. I closed my eyes as soon as he cued the start off. Sooner than i realised, i felt the basket move side to side and before i knew it, the hot air balloon was a good few metres in the air. My legs wobbled like jelly the entire time.

"Are you okay?" The cute stranger interacted with me.

All i did was made a humming sound to answer his question.

"You are shaking in fear, its causing the basket to move more than it should." He replied.

From that comment, i felt so embarrassed. 

"Don't worry i will be here for you all the way". He said with a positive swing to his voice. 

Before i could react, i found my head tucked into his chest as he cradled me the entire flight. I looked up to him, wiping the tears of my face and slightly smiled as it remarked his facial features. We both smiled and watched the sunset in awe~
