His Game

Chapter 5

{Dear readers sorry for the long long wait..been busy with exams but its all good im all yours now } 

I sat there for hours watching her rest .I waited for her to wake up and when she woke up she stared at me irrated that her attempt to kill failed (again).

'' Im still alive'' i smirked . She looked away then her stomach rumbled .

''Hungry?'' I asked she nodded .

''I'll go and get some food'' i said and made my way out of the bedroom .

''Stay here, for your own safety''' i told her then made my way to the kitchen .

Rose's P.O.V

He came in holding a tray full of food , spaghetti and meatballs , steak and orange juice .My mouth started watering i grabbed the tray , took the fork and digged in. I turned around and caught him loking at me , I quickly looked away and carried on munching my food . Looking at him i felt remorseful , i had tried to kill him but now here he is giving me food . Have i been wrong about vampires ?

''You shouldn't be around this side of this castle'' he said . Was he trying to warn me? a bit too late don't you think ?

''Or what?'' i said , i couldnt help it but give him a forward response 

''Or else a monster might try to kill you'' he replied with a impudent smile.

''Well maybe you should have better security''

''Your the vampire hunter'' he said . Is the guy for real ?

''I kill vampires not monsters''

''Maybe you should concider getting a new job'' I gave him an alarming glare . He gazed back at me .

''Vampires , monsters we are all the same to you vampire hunters anyway'' he spoke in a husky voice . I looked away as guilt spread all over my face 

''Your not that ugly'' I mumbled . He chuckled showing his beautiful mesmerising white teeth and fangs.

''Your not so bad yourself'' he replied with an enchanting smile .My cheeks started burning .

''I'll be going now thanks for the um..''I looked at the tray which was now just a plate with tomato stains , I stared at the blankets that where keeping me warm , I then gazed at Damien , he was so handsome , his pale skin ,jet black hair , golden eyes , his perfect jaw structure .My stomach was now doing cartwheels . Could I be..? Shocked i shook my head to get the thought out of my head .

''Thank you for everything''I blurted out realising how long i was silent for .

''You can't go anywhere for now , your body is unstable''  Damien said in a demanding but soft-toned voice.

''No really im ok '' I said , I struggled to stand up , my legs where feeling bulky and my arms num. My whole body was begging for some rest . I knew he was right but could i trust him?

Suddenly Damien stood up and layed me back on the bed.

''Thanks''I mumbled . He smiled at me a heart warming smile that made my cheeks burn again , i quickly hide my face in the pillow . 

Damien then picked up my knife from the floor . He picked up the knife and placed it in my hand , i held on tight to his hand , he didn't let go we stayed like that till i feel asleep . That night i feel into a deep enchanting sleep.
