Second chance

Introduction

Hi my name is Diana and I'm 24 years old . I live in a small town in California. I have long blonde hair and olive green eyes. I'm 175 cm tall. You would think that I'm just a regular girl but there is something that makes me little bit different than other people. I'm a werewolf and so is my family and friends. We live in a pack of 800 people and we are considered to be one of the largest in north America. In our pack most people live in their own homes only Alpha, Beta and Gamma live in pack house.

Every werewolf has its own rank in pack some of them are pack warriors, omegas, doctors. I'm one of the best warriors in my pack although people still think that women are weaker and their place is in the kitchen and that they should be taking care of pups.

And also the most important part about being a werewolf is having a mate. Mate is what humans would call soulmate. They are brought to us by fate and they are supposed to be perfect match for us. You can find your mate after you had turned 18. Mates should love each other and accept one another. Unfortunately that is not my case. You see I was rejected by my mate. Rejection is not that common and it's frowned upon. Some werewolves are given a second chance mate, but that is extremely rare.

My mate was my old Alpha. His name is Daniel Winston. I realized he was my mate on my eighteenth birthday . That night I let him use me and take my virginity. I tough that I would finally be happy, but that same night he rejected me and humiliated me infront of his friends. He told me that I was worthless and that I will never be Luna because his girlfriend will take that position.

I was so heartbroken that I decided to leave and go to a college my family supported my decision and I'm very close to them we talk almost every day over face time. I attended UCLA and joined a pack there. My new Alpha, Damon was very understanding and he helped me a lot. Mostly he helped me to become fearless, independent and stronger. I became one of the strongest pack warriors. I have so manny great friends in my new pack my best friend is our Luna her name is Claire and my other best friend is our Beta Cameron. I work as a pack doctor and lot of people respect me here.

Hi this is my first book ever and I really don't have much experience in writing and English is my second language so I apologize in advance.
This book will be short and simple don't expect me to write something over 25 chapters..
This will be cliche werewolf story and I will try to make it more interesting.
