Recap from chapter 3:
"You"

Chapter 4:

The out of breath man walks towards me and stands in front of me while trying to catch his breath. "How dare you?" he asks in a low growl. I sit there frozen, taking in his appearance and his words, wondering what I did. Then it hits me. The guy from the hallway. "I didn't do anything wrong. You pushed me against the lockers first," I retort.

"You caused me to run around the whole school to get rid of those girls. The. Whole. School."

"That's not my fault, now is it."

"Let me just tell you this," he says as he leans into my ear. Throughout this conversation, I had stood up and started to back away. "I don't like being embarrassed. Yet," he said coming closer until my back hits the wall, him looming over me, "You embarrassed me. And now, you're going to pay for that."

Then I leaned into his ear and said, "I'd like to see you try."

~Back to the present~

I am sort of starting to regret those words. Ever since that day, Jungkook was determined to annoy me no matter what until I gave up. Which brings us to why he choose me as a roommate. He wants to annoy me as much as he can. That includes beating me at everything. I was never obsessed with first place or anything but it felt nice to be first once in a while. But what really got me ticking and wanting to beat him is that he beat me at everything. EVERYTHING. He turned everything into a competition. And it was all a game to him. He had never cared to get first place, although he was in first anyways when it came to anything, especially sports and academics. He all of a sudden started caring when he wanted to push my buttons. He did all of that until now. For 3 years. I would never get a break because since my group of friends hung out with his friends, me and him always ended up in the same room. But even though he could be annoying all the time, he did make my life more eventful. If we don't compete on something, it gets really boring. We are basically our group of friends' source of entertainment. And that all started when I said those six words.

"So that's what this is all about. You want to continue to annoy me?"

"Sort of."

"Explain."

"Well I wanted to propose som-"

"The answer is no I will not marry you."

"One, ouch. Two, I wasn't asking you to marry me, I was going to propose a bet."

"A bet?"

"Yes a bet."

"What type a bet, because I can bet you I am broke."

"No not money."
"Chicken nuggets?"
"No."
"Bu-"
"No we will not bet chicken nuggets and that's final."
"Meanie."
"I want to bet that if you kick me out of the house at any point during the time we will be living together, you have to do anything I ask you too. If you are number one to me at anything, I will do whatever you want. Deal?" (A/n: don't question it, I know it sounds weird but bare with me please~)

I think about for a while. Even though he annoys me I don't want him to leave so I will most likely not kick him out. Beating him at something is way easier and I will get him to do anything I tell him to do. So you know what?
