Ashton didn't like early mornings. He would rather sleep than wake up at 7 am. But today was different. He woke up earlier than ever. The rain was pouring down outside. Little raindrops were racing on the window, creating a beautiful picture, that can only be seen once. It's so different each time. The morning seemed to be perfect.

Long Ashton's fingers curled around hot cup of mint tea, trying to catch as much warmth as it was possible. He ploped down on a chair next to his desk enjoying every second of morning and tea. Young man didn't notice how his mind wandered to that girl. He have watched her for days and yet didin't have the courage to talk to her. He felt so stupid. Any other guy would've talked to her ages ago, but here he's sitting and just thinking about the possibility. Ashton chuckled to himself. After finishing his tea the boy stood up and went to his bedroom to get ready to go for a walk or maybe to see if the girl would be by the river.

He took his big black umbrella with him and got out of his small house. The smell of rain was unique. He liked the way everything smelt so fresh after rain.  On his way, Ashton visited a small tea shop on the corner of the street and ordered takeaway cup of tea for his trip to park.

Today he came a little bit earlier than her, maybe to prepare to finaly come and talk to her. Ashton sat  on a wet bench without worrying about his pants. He watched calmly flowing river. Somehow it remainded him of his life at this moment. Calm on the outside but hiding a lot of secrets inside. He always saw something in the nature that looked so similar to his life. The dark clouds slowly started to clear.

It took about half an hour for her to come. She didn't sat down on the grass this time, she stood by the riverside in all her glory. At first, he didn't notice her, but then he felt that something changed in that little area. He debated with himself in his mind whether he should talk to her or not. It was almost the hardest decision in his life so far. Once Ashton set his mind, he rubbbed his shaky hands and walked over her. The smell of her sweet perfume began to tickle his nose.  Ashton could swear he heard her say something along the lines of "why I can't live like a normal person". Boy was taken back by her words but quickly recovered. "Normal is boring, you know." He told her and this way he announced of his presence. She didn't turn around when she heard him. Just said "I'm tired of being nothing" and looked at the ground. Thinking that he'll go away. Ashton didn't get her message and put his hands into his pockets while sighing. "I'm sure you are something more than nothing." After his words she turned around and looked straight into his hazel eyes with her empty ones. Her voice colder than the ice ringed in his ears. "You don't know me." He shook his head and smiled. "I don't need to know you to tell that you're more than nothing. I can guarantee this." The girl wanted to repeat her sentence but decided against it. She didn't need another enemy. Her eyes became softier towards him and her lips curled into a little smile which turned down after a few seconds. "I don't talk with strangers." Camille said and turned to the left to go home or atleast somewhere where she could be all alone, drowning in her mind.

"Don't go." Ashton tried to stop her from walking away, because that would mean that he wouldn't know who she is and wouldn't have a chance to know. The brown haired girl looked at him with apoligising eyes and went into the depth of park. Ashton felt hopeless. This one time he tried something that he wasn't ready for and he messed it up. Or atleast he thought he did. He ran his hand through his hair trying to understand why she didn't want to talk with him. 'Maybe I'm not good enough for her' he thought to himself but little did he know he was good enough.
