Manik's pov. 

Where is Nandini why she didn't come to office till now she said she will be here by afternoon.

Manik what are you thinking. Cabir asked entering my cabin

She is not yet here Cabir I am really tensed. I said to him

Don't worry manik she will come. Cabir said patting my shoulder

OK then I have a meeting I will leave of Nandini cones ask her if she had her food then tell her to check these files. I said taking the files required for meeting

Manik wait for some more time I'd she comes you can take her along with you. Cabir said to me

No Cabir I don't have time I will leave now bye. I said moving out of the office

meeting was successful i saw the mobile there is few missed calls from Cabir I immediately called him

Hello manik did Nandini contact you? Cabir asked me

No Cabir what happened? I asked him

Manik Nandini has not home till now we are trying to call her but it is switched off. Cabir said

Did you ask aunty where did she go? I asked him

Ya manik but even she doesn't know anything she is also very worried for Nandini. Cabir said

before I could say anything I saw Nandini was sitting inside the park and looking at the children who were playing with their parents

Cabir I got Nandini tell aunty not to take tension I will talk to you later bye i said before disconnecting the call

I went inside the park and saw she was sitting alone I went and sat next to her she didn't even notice me I saw her hand on the bench so I kept my palm above her's she was startled then seeing me she was shocked.

Ma....manik..she said shocked looking at me.

Nandini are you fine? I asked her.

As soon as I asked she hugged me keeping her head on my chest and started crying bitterly. It pained my heart to see her in such a worse condition.

I was stroking her hair lovingly and she is also relaxed both were in complete silence we both were in the same position.

Nandini. I called softly.

Hmm. She replayed in a meek tone.

What happened? I asked her.

She parted away from me and realised that we are in park and she got up from the bench suddenly.

Oh my god manik it is evening. She said looking the sky which turned in to light orange.

Yes Nandini I know now please sit down. I said making her sit next to me.

Manik what are you doing here? Nandini questioned me.

Nandini I should be asking this question. I said sarcastically.

She looked down not answering my question I can see she is trying to push back her tears.

Nandini you can share anything with me. I said wiping her tear which escaped from her eyes.
