"That was brutal," I say stretching walking into the airport.

"Tell me about it," my dad says following me in.

"I have to pee," my mom says.

"Of course she does," he whispers to me.

"What was that?" she said.

"I said meet you at Cinnabon," he said making me laugh a little so she doesn't notice. He shushes me, and starts laughing too while we walk to Cinnabon.

"Thank yah," I said as my dad got the mini cinnabons and putting them on our table. "Watch anything good on the plane?" I ask my dad as I shove a mini Cinnabon in my mouth.

"I was trying to watch R.I.P.D. but your mother was completely paranoid over you not sitting with us," I laughed at the thought of my dad being aggravated by my mother. "What about you kiddo? Anything good?"

"I watched The Internship," I said shoving a mini Cinnabon in my mouth. My mom finally comes back and takes one of my Cinnabon, "Hey!" I said which probably sounded muffled because I still had food in my mouth. She didn't say anything in reply.

We went out the gate where people wait for their arrivals and we found a guy with a sign that had out last name. His name was John, and he worked with my dad's company. He took us to his car, and he drove us to our new house. I thought my dad was driving at first, but then remembered the steering wheel was on the other side. I put in my earbuds and quickly fell asleep to Green Day's When September Ends.

"Wake up kid, we're here," I heard my dad say. I fluttered my eyes open to see a regular suburban home like every other. I wasn't really used to living in the suburbs with neighbors, and stuff. It was just our house, and trees. I got my backpack, and luggage, and went inside.

It was bigger than a thought. "Go pick a room," my dad said snapping me out of my thoughts. I went up the stairs to find my room.

About an hour later all my boxes were in my room, my bed, my dressers, and my desk. I had a bathroom that connected the room next to mine, which no one was in since it was just my parents and I. I changed in there since my room had a giant window, and no curtain.

Great, now I can have creepy perverts looking through my window.

I iMessaged Tamara telling her about the new house. I knew she wouldn't answer because they were like 18 hours behind.

I decided instead of sitting here moping cause of this damn move, I'd be productive.

I got my camera out that my parents got me when I was told we were packing up our lives and moving to Australia.

Oh god, that made me sound like such a spoiled rich kid.

I changed into shorts and a loose white tank, with a tight black bandi bra. I went down stairs bring my longboard down as well.

"I'm going out!" I say slipping on my black vans. I walk into the kitchen where my mom is.

"Where are you going?" she said making dinner.

"I don't know," I say grabbing an apple, "I just don't wanna stay here in the house." My mom stood there thinking for awhile. "Pleeaaasse! I'm just gonna go as far as my longboard can take me."

"Okay, just bring your phone," I give her a smile, and a hug. "Be back before dinner!" she yells as I was walking out the door.

"Will do!" I say grabbing my longboard on the way out.
