" 5! 4! 3! 2! 1! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!" Jisoo and Emma shouted in unison.
"2018!!! NEW YEAR!"
"Sigh...." They tossed themselves on the sofa.
"Too bad Hoseok isn't here. You know New Year's kiss." Emma smirked.
"He went out with Jackson for Korean BBQ. New Year's dinner." Jisoo responded.
"Ha,"
"Any New Year's resolutions?" Emma came into a serious tone.
"Hmm. Not sure. I just want everyone to be happy. Hoseok is the first person I've ever liked, I want him to feel and know that I really reallylike him."
"So you are sure?"
KOREAN BBQ PLACE...
"짠! (cheers!)" Hoseok and Jackson clinked their soju glasses and drank.
"New Year dude." Jackson took his chopsticks and began picking on the meat. "What are you going to do? Fresh start?"
"I don't know. Say any topic." He began pouring soju into the glasses.
"Uhhh. Oh I got it! LOVE!" Jackson happily drank. Hoseok glanced at him.
"We should of went to their apartment to celebrate New Year's." Hoseok mumbled.
"Don't ignore the question. Come on say anything! I bet 2018 will be great."
"Because of Jisoo?" Hoseok paused. "Maybe because of Jisoo."
"So what do you want to do?"
"I want everyone to be okay with it." He started to play with his soju glass. "I want her to know that I love her."
"Doesn't she know that already! You spent over $100 for that very beautiful necklace." Jackson explained.
New Year's Day,
Jisoo and others head on a road trip to Busan, a wonderful city in Korea, full with their lovely beaches and mountains.
"You two sit in the back. Got it?" demanded Emma and Jackson.
"Okay..." Jisoo got intimidated, "calm down.."
They all piled up in a minivan and started driving.
"So, any of you went to Busan before?" Emma brought up.
"Both of us did. It was great. We were actually studying for something." Hoseok stated.
"Oh you two been friends for a long time." questioned Jisoo.
"Correct."
Thirty minutes in, everyone felt sleepy because of how late they stayed up.
"I'm going to an exit soon so we can rest a while." Jackson suggested.
Jisoo felt super tired than the rest of them since she was "double-checking " for the trip to Busan last night. She leaned back on her seat and closed her eyes. Without knowing, Jisoo gently rested her head on Hoseok's shoulder. Hoseok stopped looking at his phone and slowly looked at her. He grabbed the blanket and cover him and Jisoo. He smiled and began to fall asleep.

"We are at a rest stop. Let's get some food and keep driving. 1 hour left." annouced Jackson.
"Okay." Emma stretched her arms. "Hoseok? Jisoo?"
Jackson and Emma looked behind them. Jisoo's head was still on Hoseok's shoulder and his head was rested on hers.
"OMG SO CUTE! ROMANTIC!" Emma screamed. Suddenly both of them were awake.
"OOPS SORRY..."
Both were squinting and then Jisoo was surprised. She noticed the blanket and felt how close she was to him. She admired how charming he was. Jisoo gazed until Hoseok caught her and gazed back.
All of them got out of the car, grabbed some food and snacks and headed to Busan!
Author's Note: Happy 2018! This is a shorter chapter than usual because I'm still in 2017 LOL...
