A Misunderstanding - Part 1

It was almost evening.

The light was fading away gradually. The porch light was on and it was creating a mysterious ambience all around. Ji Chang Wook and Nam Ji Hyun were looking at each other with a shoking feeling. Don't know how long they were staring at each other, but suddenly one sound broke the silence.
It was Ji Chang Wook's mobile. Ji Chang Wook came back to sense after hearing the ringtone. He somehow found out the mobile from his pocket and received it. "Oh, Omnie!"
"Ji Wook, Where are u? Try to come fast. We have some guests today."
-"yeah mom, I am almost there. Just five minutes more." Ji Chang Wook said while looking at Nam Ji Hyun. She was looking a little bit uncomfortable and biting her lips unconsciously. Ji Chang Wook disconnected the call and kept looking at her silently for a moment. Then he stepped forward to Nam Ji Hyun while trying to look normal.
-"Now," he said,"Will u tell me who r u? And what are u doing here??
Nam Ji Hyun looked a bit confused."Well, I thought it's my uncle's house."
-"What?! Your uncle's house!" Ji Chang Wook got surprised."This house belongs to me since last 10 years!"
-"Then I think i am mistaken." Nam Ji Hyun replied with embarrassing face. She whispered to herself,"Moreover, how could my uncle rent such a big house? I should have thought it before!"
Nam Ji Hyun showed Ji Chang Wook the piece of paper where the address was written."My Uncle left it for me and I came according to that."
Ji Chang Wook looked at the paper and frowned." It's not the address of this house. This house is at the opposite side of the road."
-"Oh! My bad! I am so sorry for the inconvenience! Then I should go now. Have a good evening!"
She was about to leave but suddenly stopped by Ji Chang Wook." Excuse me miss! What about my suit?! U have totally ruined it!''
Nam Ji Hyun turned back to him with a surprised look. She didn't think he was still stuck on the same matter.
"I have said sorry for that! What more can I do?!"
-"But ur sorry won't pay me back! U have to do something about it!" JCW said annoyingly.
Nam Ji Hyun got a bit angry now. "Then tell me what should I do?! Should I wash ur cloth? Or buy u a new set?!" She kept moving forward to him.
JCW stepped back."No-Not like that! But u can pay me in another way."
_"Oh really?! What is it?!" She asked him angrily while moving towards him. But before JCW could answer, her heel cracked!
"Ahh!!" Nam Ji Hyun's leg got twisted and she fell on the floor with a scream.
_"A-Are u okay?!" Ji Chang Wook came forward and tried to help her. But Nam Ji Hyun refused his hand and tried to stand up of her own but couldn't. She was actually having pain but still was trying to look normal. Ji Chang Wook stared at her with a hopeless look and then said," So, u won't even let me help! Seriously?!! Seems like you have quite a ego!! Anyway, it doesn't matter to me whether u r okay or not. But u can't stay at my place full night, right? So tell me where do u live. I will drop u."
Nam Ji Hyun stood up somehow by grabbing her leg. She then looked at JCW with a tough face and replied," I know it doesn't matter to u whether I live or not! So u don't have to take trouble. I can take care of myself!" She tried to step forward. She was clearly getting problem in walking but didn't stop.
Ji Chang Wook's face got full of pain for a second but he got back to normal in a blink. "Okay then, as ur wish!" He was trying to ignore her but his eyes weren't listening to him. He turned back to go but his legs weren't allowing him. After thinking sometime he opened his mouth to say something but one voice stopped him.
"Ji Wook! What are you doing outside?! Why didn't u come in? By the way, when did u come?! We are waiting for u since afternoon! I have told u we have guests today! Still u r..."
Mrs.Byun stopped by seeing Nam Ji Hyun standing behind Ji Chang Wook. She looked at Ji Wook with curiosity and her face was clearly saying that she wanted an explanation.
Ji Chang Wook got nervous and tried to explain," A-Actually she came to wrong address, I was trying to help her."
Mrs.Byun looked convinced."Oh! Okay. Then come inside quickly." She turned back to go but suddenly noticed Nam Ji Hyun who wasn't able to stand properly. "What happened to her?! Is she okay?!"
Ji Chang Wook looked at Nam Ji Hyun and then said, "No mom, she hurt her leg. I think we should help her!"
Nam ji Hyun looked at him with shocking look. She was about to say something but he totally ignored her.
Mrs.Byun said," Of course! Please come in! Ji Wook, bring her inside."
Ji Chang Wook tried to held Nam Ji Hyun's hand but she stepped back. Mrs.Byun noticed something fishy and said,"okay, let me help u!" She hold Ji Hyun's hand and supported her to get inside. Though Nam Ji Hyun hesitated at first, she came inside.
Mrs. Byun took her to the living room where Mr. Byun, Sandy, Ji Hye and uncle So Yoon were sitting. They got shocked and surprised when Mrs.Byun made Ji Hyun sit in the couch.
" Ji Hyun!! What r u doing here?!" Ji Hye almost shouted.
Nam Ji Hyun was also very surprised to see all of them together at Ji Chang Wook's house."Oh! Ji Hye!"
Mrs.Byun said,"Seems like u know each other."
Ji Hye said,"Yeah! She is our..." Before she completed, Sandy grabbed her hand and stopped her. Then she said with a fluttery smile,"Ohh! She is our lovely Nam Ji Hyun! Though she is not my own daughter, but I love her as much as I love Ji Hye!"
Nam Ji Hyun and Ji Hye were very shocked but didn't say anything.
Then Nam Ji Hyun told everyone how she ended up here. All the time Sandy was giving a forced smile but she was very irritated inside as she thought her plan could be spoiled because of Ji Hyun.
Ji Chang Wook was staring at Nam Ji Hyun while Ji Hye couldn't move her eyes from him." How could a person can be so handsome! I just can't resist myself! I want to make him mine as soon as possible!"
Mr.Byun was looking at Nam Ji Hyun from start and tried to remember something."I think I have seen her somewhere!" Suddenly he shouted," Oh! It's you!! The little angel!"
Everyone got surprised at his shouting and Nam Ji Hyun also. She stared at Mr.Byun for sometime and then she also got excited by remembering something."Mr. Road Runner! Is it you?!!!"

#I am really very sorry guys for updating after so many days!☹️ But as I am out of town bcoz of study purpose for 3 month, I couldn't able to write regularly!
