Am a year older today!!!
Hurray

Things took a right turn after our encounter at the kitchen.
Although things haven't changed much physically,a lot has changed emotionally

I have missed her,i couldn't wait for my business trip to be over.

I have been away for three days but it felt like weeks.

I came out of the airplane appreciating the warm breeze that filled the arena,how i have missed home,
How i have missed her.

Sam was waiting to pick me from the airport. the drive home seemed longer than the flight.
It was past 10:47 pm when i entered my room,i
turned lights on.

she stood up from the lounge,

"welcome back home sir,I wanted to be awake when you return."

I frown as i dropped my brief case,

"I just taught you would like something to eat you must be tired and hungry"

I walked to her without a word and kissed her hungrily, i tasted her shock from the kiss.

she responded by removing my suit then my cufflinks without breaking the kiss.

she tore at my shirt,she was caught short by my strong arms encircling her waist.

"Was bringing me dinner the only reason you are here?"

She looked into my eyes and swallowed.

"Dinner was not the only reason i am here,I missed you."

I removed a small box from my pocket and opened it,in it shone a silver bracelet, i took it out encircling it around her wrist.

"Thank you"

she murmured,

"its lovely."

"Spend the night with me please?"

I didn't wait for her reply as i lifted her and took her to bed,kissing and caressing her.

The first time in years i went to bed without my pills,
for the first time in my life,I am sharing my bed with a lady,
for the first time he lays With a lady without having sex with her.

I looked at the naked body that lay beside me,
she looked beautiful like a goddess.
I stood up and walked into the bathroom.
I taught of yesternight,she had waited up for me,
could it be that she felt something for me?

I came out of the bathroom,she was gone!

I sat on the bed and rubbed the bed,spreading my palm across the bed.
I laid on it,kissed the spot she had laid. I could perceive her scent almost like i could feel her.
I thought of her and slowly i drifted into a sleep.

Later in the day...

"There is a paparazzi shot that has gone viral."

My assistant said dropping a magazine on my table and walking out.

On the cover page i wore a black suite,the suite Silvia had selected from the boutique.
I went to the main story, the suite was an Ivory brand it spoke on how it was a famous fashion house but since the CEO died,the company has been on the verge of bankruptcy,it holds the fifth ranking in all fashion house.

I hadn't looked at the headline,i looked up and the headline reads:

"IVORY BRAND LOOKS BETTER ON DANIEL MACLEISH."

I closed the magazine and cupped my face in my hands,why are things getting bad when it is so rosy?

Did Silvia select that brand intensionally?
