September 21st, zack's phone.

Z: hay man!
Aaron: What's up?
Z: nothing much.
How was your first
Day?
A: ok, you?
Z: Great! I have 3
Classes with jack!
A: dude, again with Jackie? You've really got it bad, don't you? She's all you talk about lately.

He was right. He did love her. She was a picture of tomboy perfection. Thin, sporty but not to sporty, and smart too. Her short hair framed her face perfectly, showing off her bright blue eyes. Her voice was soft and she had an amazing sense of humor. She was into practically everything he was, and most of all, she was an amazing artist. All these things combined with an amazing personality and no wonder he loved her so much. But he wasn't about to let his friend know that.

Z: shut up, we're
