ADRENALINE,

TRUST.

Both nouns when mixed resulted in thrill, and Thea was having the time of her life in a ring with The Boss. Neither woman had met to talk about preparations or rehearsals prior to the match, but the mutual trust they had earned from one another in taking such bumps and selling with the pure intention of making each other shine, sparked a connection.

That connection was something no amount of technicality skills could generate. Sasha Banks and Aberdeen had created chemistry out of nothing, but both believed it had to do with meeting their true selves backstage.

Mercedes Kaestner-Varnado saw Thea Brooks' true colors when unguarded, and now the leggy drunk Scott woman she was portraying to perfection wore the Boss's boots ; and Aberdeen was rumbling in them quite well.

While neither woman rehearsed, they were all given a bit of direction. The match would conclude once Nia (who had been drop kicked off the ring apron by Sasha and Aberdeen) resurfaced.

Noticing the Samoan's head peeking up the ring as she took her time to stand back up, Sasha and Aberdeen shared a glance before discreetly nodding to wrap the match up.

Neither woman wanted for the end to come, but Aberdeen made sure to make every second count as Sasha tossed her over the top rope.

To sell the toss a little better, Aberdeen did not brace herself by slightly holding onto the top rope before spilling out.

Instead, she ate the fall and even bumped the back of her head against the barricade. Although Thea's bones ached, the audience's gasp made sacrificing her body all worth it.

Leaning her back against the barricade and listening to the crowd's divided support between all three women felt so surreal to Thea. The voices of the fans nearby where she sat collapsed chanted for Aberdeen, wanting her to get back up again.

Others chanted Nia's name, and another portion roared in wonder as Sasha Banks countered her opponents move with a wicked DDT.

Shades of Eddie Guerrero flashed through Thea's mind as a smirk curled into her lips watching the bright haired Boss then set Nia Jax into the Banks Statement.

Locked in tightly, it was only a matter of seconds before Jax tapped out. As instructed, Aberdeen rushed in for a quick attempt to break the count, but it was too late.
