Chap 7

Angel stayed in her room all night crying, she couldn't go to sleep because she would have nightmares of her parents death and her sister leaving her. There was a knock on her door "you ready for breakfast" Storm asked from the outside of the door" but Angel didn't answer "Angel" Storm said twisting the knob but she couldn't open the door with her dresser up against it.

Few minutes later there was another knock against the door "Angel" Cyclop said "I'm not fully dress, I swear if you come in.." Angel said moving the dresser then Cyclop bust down the door, Angel stand in the middle of her floor looking shock, she was only in her underwear and bra "close the door" she said putting on her pants and Cyclop close the door behind him and sat on her bed as she throws on a sweater "you want to go out for a walk" she asked "y...yeah" Cyclops said still in shock of what happen 5 minutes ago.

Bobby watch out his window as Angel and Cyclop walk through the garden having so much fun "Bobby she is a nice person, why you are avoiding her" Ivy asked "because she is a monster" Bobby said and Ivy froze "don't...." Ivy hesitate "she is a monster Ivy" Bobby said and Ivy flinch as he moved closer "Bobby how could you" she said before leaving and slamming the door.

During Breaskfasts Bobby avoided Angel and Angel knew it and she couldn't stand it so she stand up and excuse herself, Ivy gave Bobby a look before going after Angel.

Angel was sitting outside on the tree, Ivy climbed the tree and sat next to her "Bobby is not mad at you he don't think of you differently" Ivy started to say "Bobby thinks I'm a monster" Angel said trying not to cry "I'm a hot head I know I get mad easily but when he called me a monster that brings me back to my past" Angel said.

"Angel you are the most powerful person who smile in the dark, you are full of light, joy, and happiness" Ivy said "I envy you" she laughed "but that doesn't make you less different then anyone in the school" she said holding Angel hand in her's.

"You can't beat yourself up for this and you can't live in the past" Ivy said "it's cold out here so I'm going to go inside ok" she said and Angel nod as Ivy climb down the tree. When Ivy left Angel broke into a million of pieces she cried, she try to stop and tell herself to smile but she couldn't pick herself to pieces and smile. Angel wings came out her back and hugged her body as she cried to herself.

Angel put her hood on to cover up her stained face of tears and climbed down the tree and walk inside the school "hey you want to go to the game room with me" Jake the fire boy said "um....sure" Angel hesitate as she whipped her face, took off her hood, and smile "Cyclops and Wolverine down there" he said dragging Angel to the game room.

Angel sat next to Cyclops cuddle up against him and Cyclops was surprised that she wants to be this close to him "she sad" Ivy mouthed to Cyclop "why" he mouthed back "because of Bobby" Ivy mouthed "just hold her" Ivy mouthed then Cyclop hesitantly put his arm around her and hold her close "your warm" she said without turning around and smile at him so he knew something was up.

Its been 2 hours that Wolverine and Angel haven't argue now Wolverine think something is up "you want to play the game with me" Wolverine asked but Angel shook her head and try to put a smile on but wolverine saw through it and know that was the worse fake smile ever. The professor called Wolverine, Cyclop, and Storm to his office.

"Magneto is building an mutant army and trying to take a child that can change everyone life and he is on the hunt for Angel" Professor exsplained "why" Wolverine asked "she is the last generation of her kind, she is a Hybrid" professor said "you must keep an eye on her" professor added before dismissing them.

While Storm, Wolverine, and Cyclops are talking to Professor X Bobby and Angel argued and Bobby made her mad "I'm not a monster I never ask to have all these kind of power" Angel said Standing up "I did not coming to this school just to be call a monster again, you don't know me, you don't know what I been through, I'm not a monster I actually put my life on the line for people I don't know so they can feel protected, I will keep putting my life on the line for people so they can go home to their family and I won't let them experience what I experienced" tears ran down Angel eyes remembering the past as she yell at Bobby.

Angel left in tears, she went in her room and lock her door "don't remember, don't remember, don't" she said to herself crying "you are a strong girl, I want you to smile everyday every nite, don't let anyone bring you down, we love you" Angel mom voiced echoed through her head.

Angel skipped lunch and flew out the window to the tree she goes to to think. Angel sat on the tree and think about her life that gave her an opportunity to save people. She tell herself what her father tell her when she was little "your not a monster you are a guardian Angel for the people" she whispered.

Angel sat on the tree watching the sun set, she like how the colors support themselves showing how beautiful they are when they collide together then apart.

It was nite time the stars shine there way through the nite sky.

It's now dinner time everyone sat at the table "where is Angel" Professor X asked "getting fresh air" Ivy said "didn't she get enough air" Wolverine suggested "you shut it" Ivy said "Cyclop and Storm go check on Angel see if she is ok" Professor said.

Storm and Cyclop went outside to get Angel but she was nowhere to be found they called for her, they check every tree for her but she was no where and Cyclop started getting worried. They went back into the school "where is she" professor asked "I don't know Professor" Cyclop said sitting down and started eating.

After dinner everyone went to their dorms but Cyclop went to Angel room. Cyclop found a note that read 'my grandma had to let me know some important information but I will be back' after Cyclop read that he felt a relief that she is ok and went to his room and feel asleep.
