Scarlett walks up to a man with a dark look on his face. Victoria stands behind her but his eyes didn't move away from her. Scarlett introduces her but he just looks her up and down.
"You know, a simple 'hello' would be great." Victoria said while straightening her back, "this whole cold shoulder game is getting really annoying. I'm beginning to wonder why you guys aren't more Scarlett."
His face grows stern. He walks up to Victoria and gets close to her face that she could feel his breath.
"So you want us to be like this outcast?" He asks not moving.
Victoria looks up at him, "outcast? If anything she is the nicest angel I've met and you. You're just an ass that doesn't have any tact."
His eyes go narrow. Victoria notices the glint in his eyes.
"Excuse me?" He asks growing closer.
Victoria reaches for her bag when Scarlett jumps in between them.
"Can we please not fight?" She asks nervously, "Victoria, please. Not here."
Her hand falls to her side. He smirks, turns on his heel then walks away. Scarlett sighs the relaxes. Victoria stares at the direction he walks.
"I have a feeling this won't be the last time I see him."
After a few hours of talking and getting the cold shoulder people were starting to funnel out the doors. Victoria and Scarlett were about to leave when the man from before chased after them and stopped them in their tracks.
"Listen, I'm sorry. I was being a bit of a jerk and I now know that."
Victoria raised her nose and walked past him Scarlett quickly shuffles past him and chases after Victoria. They make it to the carriage.
"What was that?" She asked breaking the silence, "he was apologizing and you have him the cold shoulder."
Victoria stayed silent and looked out the window. Scarlett sighed and started thinking. They make it to the castle and Victoria made a B-line to the kitchen. She left a trail of hair pins and glitter. She takes food out of the fridge and started eating the icecream by the spoonful. Victoria is sprawled on the floor hugging the jug with a large spoon hanging out of her mouth.
"Get up. You look disgusting."
"So do you!"
"Come on" she says pulling on Victoria's arm.
Victoria groans and rolls over. Scarlett cleans up the kitchen and drags Victoria to her room. She lays limp on her bed she thinks back on the man and grows angry?
When the sky goes dark Victoria leave the castle. Oreo jumps out of his bed and chases her.
"Shhh" she whispers while kicking at him
She walks out and flies to the heavens. Oreo runs to Scarlett's room and wakes her up. She goes to Victoria's room and notices the empty bed. She freaks out and runs out the front door. Oreo looks up and barks. She flies to her home town. Victoria makes it to the gates and sneaks in. She walks around and notices everything was dark except a single lit window. She flies to it and peers in. It was him, he was sitting at his desk, head in his hands. She opens the window silently and stands up. She leans on the windowsill.
"Why so glum?" She asks breaking the silence.
His head shoots up and she turns around and sees Victoria standing there with a white leather jacket and some torn jeans.
"Why are you here?" He asks with a stern voice.
"Decided to drop by and see if our little argument didn't hurt your feelings." She said mockingly
He rolls his eyes and notices Victoria staring.
"What?"
"Just the abs."
His face goes flush and he covers himself. She sits on his chair and looks at the books, "how to tell if you're inlove. Girl troubles?"
He looks down, "kind of. I only met her once and I can't get her out of my head."
Victoria looks at him and narrows her eyes.
