(A/N) AHH IT FEELS LIKE I HAVEN'T WRITTEN ANYTHING IN SO LONG!!! Oh wait. I haven't. Ahh I miss writing on here.

By the way guys, this is a Highschool AU. And it's gonna suck.

I'm having extreme writer's block and I can't seem to find the inspiration to write anything. But I'll try to find that inspiration for you guys.

Now I'll shut up and let you read.

(Natsu's P.O.V)

In all my life, I was always the most hated person in school just for being alive. It didn't make any sense, to be honest. There were so many people at school that just sucked, and the one that everyone hates, had to be me. I only had one friend that stayed by my side since we were young. But soon we grew apart. That was years ago. I've forgotten his name by now. So all I knew, was that his name had the initials, GF. (A/N) Now that I wrote it, Gray has "girlfriend" for initials XD)

Well that doesn't matter anymore. I'm at a new school now, it's a new year, nothing to worry about.

I arrive at my class, 1-A. I've already found my locker and explored a bit of Fairytail High. People were already laughing and talking to each other, already acting like friends. I thought they were all distracted with each other, but I was wrong. As soon as I stepped in the classroom, their heads quickly shot up in my direction, making me jump in surprise. I stood there in embarrassment until one girl with long, blonde, bright, hair walked up to me.

She stood in front of me and held her hand out. "Nice to meet you, I'm Lucy Heartfillia!" The girl exclaims. I stared at her hand for a bit until I hesitantly shook it. "I-I'm N-Natsu Dragn-neel" I stutter. I was too nervous to be talking to anyone, and too afraid that they'll hate me like the others did last year. I look down, expecting some laughs and teases, but it never came. I slowly move my head up and see Lucy...smiling? She laughs a bit and let's go of my hand.

"I hope we can be friends Natsu!" She giggles and waits for my response. I smile as well and nod slowly.

I guess this year won't be as bad.

*Time Skip* (Oh my god this looks better than I thought it would look)

With Lucy as my new friend, we walk over to a table to eat during lunch. I was shaking due to the large crowds the entire time, but Lucy didn't seem to notice. While Lucy sits down, feeling excitement, I sit down, feeling absolutely frightened. I don't want to make any other eye contact with anyone here. Yes, this is a new school, with new people, but they might be the same as my last one.

While still in my own thoughts, I hear girls, screaming. I quickly look over to where the screaming was coming from, and it seemed like it was coming from a group of fangirls. I sigh in relief. I thought someone got hurt. Just then, Lucy screamed. It hurt my ears, but I still moved my head to where she was. She wasn't hurt, but she was looking over at something.

I turn my head to where she was looking at, and I see two guys walking by. One had orange, lion-like, hair. He had shades on his face so I couldn't see the color of his eyes. The other had raven colored hair that looked calming. He also had shades, covering his eyes, but his shades were pitch black unlike the other one's. I wondered why. But just when my brain was gonna overflow with questions, he turns his head to where I was. I flinch in surprise, but continue to stare at him.

He walks, slowly, over to me, while I check his body frame. It was very well built, and since we had to wear short-sleeved polos, his arm muscles were revealing. My eyes were glued onto him until I saw a hand wave in my face. I come to my senses and see the ravenette, standing right in front of me. He takes off his shades and reveals his dark, blue eyes, staring into mine.

"Heheh, sorry for showing up in your face like this," he starts. "But I can't help but notice that you were staring at me, even while I was walking to you." I blush a dark red and direct my eyes somewhere other than his. I hear him laugh in amusement. "My name is Gray," I look up at him, recognizing the name. "Gray Fullbuster, or you could just call my Gray or G." Gray Fullbuster. That sounds so familiar. Maybe it doesn't mean anything.

He smiles and holds out his hand. I stare at it for quite a while. He chuckles and I look up again. "Are you just gonna stare at my hand, or are you gonna shake it?" He teases. I shake my head and smile. Shaking his hand, I introduce myself. "I'm Natsu Dragneel," I say. I'm surprised I didn't stutter. "Nice to meet you, Gray." He smirks and pulls me up towards him. He goes down to my ear and what he says, makes me blush.

"You have very pretty eyes, Natsu Dragneel~.

(A/N) Oh I am so glad I got that finished. Maybe I'll write a part two due to the old friendship. Hmm. But then again, it'll probably suck. And be short. Anyways. I hope you like that chapter and I'll see you all when I'm not dead!
