"Why did you destroy him? Why did you lead him to believe that you two still had something when you felt nothing?" She growled. He stared silently ahead, his expressions gone cold and volatile.
"Because I was hurting too!" He yelled, "Because I knew that deep down I would move on and that he wouldn't! I knew that he would waste his life away on a guy who didn't love him back and I wanted to humour him for as long as I could!"
He felt her icy stare bore into the side of his head. She got up, speechless.
"You destroyed him! The part of him that all of us grew to love is dead and it's all because of you!"
"I.. I don't see—" he started, but she had already stalked out of the room.
