Chapter 8

We only had until lunch time today, because the teachers were having a get together after lunch.

"Hey Lola?" Jason had a question that I hope wasn't about my jealousy.

"Yeah?"

"Wanna walk home together?"

"Do you live near me?"

"Yeah, Jake told me you were twins and told me where you both lived. And you live just down the road from me."

"Then yes I will." The journey home was funny and really cool! Jason told me about his family and I told him about mine. Then we reached my house.

"Well I guess I will see you tomorrow?"

"Yes well see you tomorrow." before I could walk into my front garden, Jason gave me a really big hug.

As I got into the house Jake was already home. How I didn't know but I didn't bother asking, I just went straight upstairs to my room. I pulled my phone out of blazer and seen I had 3 missed calls and 7 texts all from Scarlett the text said exactly the same thing 'answer your phone now! it's important!' I called her back.

"Lola! Where are you?"

"At home why?"

"Come to mine! Now!"

"What why? I have only just got in!"

"Fine I will come to you!" And with that she hung up. I chucked my phone on the bed trying not to break it because I only got it last week. My mum and dad brought me an Iphone 5S, it was the gold and white version. Jake got the silver version Iphone 5S.

'Ding dong!!' Scarlett's here already but before I could go to the front door jake already let her in.

"Scarlett?"

"Lola! Get back in the kitchen! Right now!" I went back into the kitchen and she followed behind me and shut the kitchen door.

"What's going on?"

"Lola you know you and Jason are hitting it off?"

"Yes?"

"You need to get with him quick! Slaggy Mindy seen you with him earlier and she wants to be with him! You need to get him to come over and ask him out!"

"What! Scarlett I can't do that!"

"Fine! I will call him!"

"You for have his number?"

"I do, Callum gave it to me." So she pulled her phone out and called Jason to come over quick.

5 minutes later there was a knock at the door.

"Jason? What are you doing here?" Jake had already got the door.

"Scarlett and Lola called me over?"

"Oh they're in the kitchen." Jason walked into the kitchen and before I could say hi and before I could say hi Scarlett had already pushed our heads together.

"Scarlett! You can't just make me kiss someone that I only met-" and with that Jason kissed me without Scarlett pushing him. I ran upstairs to my room because my face went all red, I slammed my bedroom door shut and led on my bed and put a pillow over my face. Why did he kiss me? Does he really want to go out with me? Is it going to be awkward to face him now? a lot of thoughts were going through my mind until I heard my bedroom door open and footsteps that came over to my bed, I could tell it wasn't Scarlett though, when she comes into my room she slams the door open and starts shouting.

"Scarlett are you ok?" It was Jason! his soft voice and when he touched my shoulder I could feel the sparks I felt when we kissed. "Look I didn't mean to kiss you, It's just the first time I liked it then I wanted to do it again." I slowly pulled the pillow off my face to find him staring right into my eyes.

"Y-you really l-liked it?"

"Why wouldn't I? Your a beautiful girl and, even though we only met today, I would be fine if you don't want to be my girlfriend yet."

I-I-I want to be but, I just, I don't know what to do." With that a single tear rolled down my face from my left eye.

"Listen I need to go now, my mum is probably wondering where I am, see you later."

"Bye." after he left I turned to my side, shut my eyes and went to sleep, even though it was only 5pm.
