Lucifer self-harms and he keeps it a secret for a while. But one day he forgets to lock the bathroom door and Michael walks in on Lucifer cutting himself. Michael panics and quickly takes Lucifer to Raphael. Raphael heals him then advises Lucifer be put into a mental hospital. Michael wants to object but knows Raphael is right.
