One month later

Harry's POV

"So, how long have you been dating?" the interviewer from Sugarscape asks.

"Erm, about three weeks and three days," I speak exactly what's on the damn script Verona has made.

"Wow, you remember it that detailed," she shakes her head in disbelief.

"Yeah, it was literally the best day of my life, how can I forget it?" I spit the lie.

It was actually the worst day of my life. Verona told me to date Acacia, and the worst part is I'm not allowed to tell Acacia that she is just a beard. I have to make her believe that I love her so she won't get suspicious and break up with me.

I smile brightly, hoping it won't seem so forced. But I think that smile looks real though. Louis and I have practiced for this interview for a week due to Verona's order. We've remembered the dialogues, what we should answer for certain question, even the jokes and the smiles. We've been told about kinds of smile so when we smile, it will look real.

Verona wants me to confirm my relationship with Acacia in a Sugarscape's interview because she somehow knows that Sugarscape ships Larry. This media is Larry shippers' favorite and I suppose she wants to rub my fake relationship with Acacia on Larry shippers' faces. That witch is just insane and very infuriating. She is like an obsessed witch.

"So Louis," the interview turns to my boyfriend. "What do you think about Harry's relationship with Acacia Brinley?" she asks. "Well, considering you're his closest mate, we want to hear your opinion about this."

"Well, I'm genuinely happy for them," Louis replies with a fake smile that looks genuine. "I ship Hacacia so hard. I think Acacia is the right one for Harry. I know that many people dislike her, but once you get to know her, she is really sweet and lovely. People judge her without knowing her and that's unfortunate because I've known Acacia for a good while and she's not like what people made her out to be. So I hope the hate towards her will die down."

Ha. Bullshit. I want to scream, telling people not to buy that shit but there is literally nothing I can do.

However, Louis was right. Acacia isn't like what people made her out to be. People think she's bad, but she's not what people think. She is way worse than that. Trust me, she is a thousand times worse than what you think.

"Don't you feel.. jealous? I mean your best friend has a girlfriend now, and he will most likely spend less time with you," she inquires. I think she is trying to fish anything related to Larry. Too bad she won't get any since Verona has planned everything carefully. The more she tries to fish out, the more we make Larry look unreal.

"No, not at all," Louis smiles. He pats my shoulder in a friendly way and his touch makes me more relaxed. I've been really tense during the interview but I bet nobody notices. "Well, remember when Harry said 'until I find the perfect girl, I have Louis'?" The interview nods and Louis goes on, "Harry has found the perfect girl, so my job is done. Well, nobody's perfect and Acacia isn't perfect either, but she is perfect for Harry. I think she fits Harry so perfectly. I am happy that after four years finally my little Harry has found the right girl."

His ever word of bullshit cuts through my chest, shattering my heart. But what I am going to say next breaks the remaining pieces of it.

"Your little Harry? You sound so gay," I laugh.

"Oh, I thought you were the gay one. You've been single for four years and you've been clingy on me. I thought you were starting to fancy me or something. That was creepy mate," Louis jokes. Niall laughs like the little carefree fucker he is, thinking Louis' joke is funny. But I know that Niall is laughing in amusement at how detailed Verona's script is.
