Midoriya took in a deep breath, it was happening, today was the day he would finally start his adventure.

His adventure towards becoming the best goddamn singer in the world.

Midoriya wanted to be like All Might, the best singer in the world. He's been to a couple of his concerts, but he was much too young to actually go to the real big bangers that happen. Midoriya ever since he was a kid worked on his voice, but of course, that's where the tragedy happen. The source of his shyness, the source of his downfall. Kacchan had torn him down even before he could sing.

Kacchan had a great voice, low and deep. It sent thrills through your body, making you feel numb after a really cool song he hummed under his breath. Midoriya didn't have anything close to that low voice, he did have a very soft melody, one that you would hear while you're passing a stranger humming to a cheerful song.

Kacchan heard him sing once, and it was over. Kacchan avoided him constantly and all through grade school tore up Midoriya's confidence and turned it to dust. He didn't even dare sing in front of his relatives who knew damn well his voice was beautiful.

He kept it a secret when he was accepted into U.A, the best singing high schools of the century, All Might made it far in that school so Midoriya had high hopes he would too. He took another deep breath before he walked outside, plugging his headphones in.

Midoriya felt his steps change, "Oh, Oh, Oh," He melodized, "There's gotta be another way out, I've been stuck in a cage with my doubt, I've tried forever getting out on my own." Midoriya sang along, putting his hands on his chest to emphasize the line.
"But every time I do this my way, I get caught in the lies of the enemy, I lay my troubles down, I'm ready for you now." Midoriya couldn't help but think of Kacchan, all those hateful things he's said to him. He was ready now, he was going to show everyone what he was capable of.

He pointed out dramatically, "Bring me out, Come and find me in the dark now, Everyday by myself I'm breaking down." He jumped up on some steps, leaning close to the ground before jumping off the steps and breaking into a run, "I don't wanna fight alone anymore, Bring me out, From the prison of my own pride, My God, I need a hope I can't deny, In the end I'm realizing I was never meant to fight on my own!"

He twirled around a pole, hitting the ground hard, he was going to do this, he knew he was going to find some good people to help him along on his mission. "Oh, Oh, Oh."

"Every little thing that I've known is everything I need to let go, You're so much bigger than the world I have made," He sidled up next to a girl, she laughed, harmonizing the last line with him, "So I surrender my soul, I'm reaching out for your hope," He booped the girls nose before running off, "I lay my weapons down, I'm ready for you now!"

Midoriya arrived to U.A, bursting through the gates, "Bring me out, Come and find me in the dark now, Everyday by myself I'm breaking down," Passerbys started clapping, a brown haired girl joining his walk, singing along with him, they broke into a dance, facing each other before going all out, "I don't wanna fight alone anymore, Bring me out, From the prison of my own pride, My God, I need a hope I can't deny, In the end I'm realizing I was never meant to fight on my own!"

Midoriya sat down next to a kid with yellow hair, a black streak in his strands, he rifted his guitar along with the music, "I don't wanna be incomplete," Midoriya stood on the table, everyone humming along with the tune as he sang, "I remember what you said to me. I don't have to fight alone." He looked around at the people he was surrounded by.

"Bring me out, Come and find me in the dark now, Everyday by myself I'm breaking down!" Midoriya jumped off the table, slamming into the ground. "I don't wanna fight alone anymore. Bring me out, From the prison of my own pride, My God, I need a hope I can't deny." Midoriya pointed up toward the sky, "In the end, I'm realizing I was never meant to fight on my own!"
