Midoriya had caught just a simple cold after Iida sending some really expensive medicine and his mother shoving some teas and making him rest well Midoriya was back at school by Monday. He had to miss his lessons with Nezu and All Might that Friday, Nezu sending his regards.

All Might had kept quiet, which worried Midoriya. He knew something was going on with the guy, Midoriya really wished he could help All Might. For now, he was to skip anything that will strain his voice while he was sick until he was fully recovered.

So when Monday rolled around Uraraka and Iida trapped him in a huge group hug, Uraraka smacking him for being such an idiot and getting sick. Midoriya took his seat, Shoto turned to him when he sat down.

"Morning." Midoriya smiled.

"I'm glad to see your back on your feet." Shoto put a paper on his desk, "So uhm..." But before Shoto could continue Aizawa called for their attention. Midoriya looked at the paper, picking it up gingerly. He smiled softly as he read through the paper, everyone had their roles and the songs they will need to work with.

Midoriya's smile dropped. "What."

"Is there a problem Midoriya," Aizawa growled, he was waving a small pamphlet around and looked annoyed.

"Sorry, but who decided these roles?" Midoriya could feel his cheeks burning, he was going to have to be a couple with Shoto?! He had no idea why he was flustered about the idea but he wasn't sure he even wanted to be in such a big role.

"I did," Yaoyzorou turned to look at him, "Do you have a problem with your role?"

"I was hoping to be some kind of backstage person or something. I don't want to be in such a big spotlight."

"Get over it Deku!" Bakugo snarled, "We've already made the preparations, ya should've spoken up last week."

"I-" Midoriya wanted to interject but Iida was standing up.

"Midoriya if you have a problem we can do some moving around," Iida said, avoiding the raising conflict.

"Well," Midoriya waved a hand, "If it's going to be that much of a trouble don't worry about it, I'm just overreacting." He laughed awkwardly.

"Yeah ya are, so shut up." Bakugo snapped, Shoto sending him a sharp look. Mr. Aizawa looked bored with the conversation. He picked up a handful of pamphlets, setting them on Yaoyzorou's desk.

"Look at em then get started on your guy's performance okay?" Aizawa said before leaving the classroom. Iida and Yaoyzorou looked over the pamphlets, whispering to each other while everyone ran to the stage, jumping up on it.

People started digging around in the curtains, finding guitars and keyboards. Speakers and soundboards. Before long everyone getting set up, music filling the room as people tested the equipment.

"Midoriya," Shoto turned around to look at him, "Do you have a problem with..."

"No," Midoriya laughed, "I just wasn't expecting to be the spotlight. I don't mind though." Midoriya remembered Shoto carrying him and that was about it last week. Either way, he couldn't stop thinking about how fucking strong Shoto was.

God, he was a mess.

"So..." Shoto was rubbing his neck awkwardly, "It's cool?"

"Yeah! Sorry, I'm being a dummy right now!" Midoriya laughed, waving his hands in the air.

"It's not too bad anyway..." He said quietly, "Toru is gonna be interesting...Person to interact with."

"Yeah," It looks like Midoriya is gonna be dating Shoto's character in the performance and Toru is going to be his past girlfriend. It confused him slightly but he just needed to walk through it all with everyone and the pieces should fall.
