Toshinori sat in the bar that night, it's been a couple of days since anyone had seen him. He threw back a swig of whiskey, the bartender had caught on to who he was, treating Toshinori different. He hated that, he wasn't different, he was just a stranger getting lost in the devil's drink. Toshinori rubbed his head, people around him staring at him.
"Another drink sir?" The bartender asked, Toshinori nodded all his self control out the window. "So tell me sir? Have you lost all your will to leave?" He heard the bartender whisper, like he was next to him.
"Excuse me?" Toshinori snarled, the bartender turning to look at him.
"Maybe you should call it a night..." He said, hesitantly pulling away from the whiskey. Toshinori grunted, standing up as he slammed down some money on the bar and pushed outside, the cold air biting his skin.
"Are you insane like me? Been in pain like me? Bought a hundred dollar bottle of champagne like me? Just to pour that motherfucker down the drain like me?" Toshinori shoved someone as he passed, "Sorry," He muttered, walking faster, "Would you use your water bill to dry the stain like me?"
"Are you high enough without the Mary Jane like me? Do you tear yourself apart to entertain like me? Do the people whisper 'bout you on the train like me? Saying that you shouldn't waste your pretty face like me?" All Might stared into a dark store, the reflection of a dead man staring back at him.
"And all the people say, 'You can't wake up, this is not a dream! You're part of a machine, you are not a human being. With your face all made up, living on a screen, Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline.'"
"I think there's a flaw in my code, These voices won't leave me alone. Well, my heart is gold and my hands are cold."Toshinori walked into the familiar alleyway to his apartment, tripping on a stair, "Are you deranged like me? Are you strange like me? Lighting matches just to swallow up the flame like me? Do you call yourself a fucking hurricane like me? Pointing fingers 'cause you'll never take the blame like me?"
He sat down with a bruised shin, looking up at the sky, "And all the people say, 'You can't wake up, this is not a dream. You're part of a machine, you are not a human being. With your face all made up, living on a screen, Low on self esteem, so you run on gasoline.'"
"I think there's a flaw in my code, These voices won't leave me alone. Well, my heart is gold and my hands are cold." Toshinori blacked out then and there, the next thing he remembering were the loud wailing of ambulance sirens.***
Aizawa and Mic walked into the hospital, well more like ran. The receptionist sent them to his room, the two walking swiftly down the white corridors, anxiety high as they pushed into the room. Toshinori had a nurse checking his vitals before leaving.
Aizawa and Mic stared at Toshinori for a second, "So you've been out drinking until you can't fucking see?" Aizawa snarled, his anger was radiating off of him.
"Toshinori this is bad," Mic tried to say but Aizawa silenced him.
"Do you know what this could do to you?" Aizawa snarled, walking toward Toshinori slowly, "You have a prodigy to look after, but instead you're drinking. You have party's to put together, red carpets to walk but instead you're FUCKING DRINKING! Did you lose your goddamn mind!?"
Toshinori was looking down at his fists, he had gotten skinnier, his cheeks have sunken in. He looked like a skeleton walking. "SAY SOMETHING!" Aizawa yelled.
"I'm sorry!" Toshinori tried to yell back, "It got out of hand, I didn't mean for it to get this bad!"
"BUT IT DID! What did you think would happen!" Aizawa felt Mic set a hand on his shoulder, Aizawa turned around with a big sigh.
