An Idiots Spell | Part 1

Sorry Friends if you Hate me using your Real Names within These, cause Honestly it won't Drastically Ruin anything.

Fellow Main Character: Cayenne

Today was going to be an interesting day. I have been researching like crazy for weeks in this Booklet I had found one day while walking Home from school. It'd had an odd mixture of Typical Religious Belief Stylings and the Cover was in a different Language I couldn't Find anywhere. I never told anyone about it just in case anything were to seriously happen, and didn't want them to be dragged into it some how.

On the Bus back to the School from Choir, I excitedly was kicking my feet and jumping up and down in my seat next to my Best Friend Cayenne, whom I didn't want to tell her of anything, I would rather like to show her.

The book was full of Crazy Spells, most had to have items I didn't have, but I had found a dozen or so I didn't need anything but my mind, a voice, and strength to do so. My parents had said a week or so ago that they had something to do with my Nieces School Life they had to attend out of Town, and trusted me for the Friday Night and Saturday, so I couldn't get found out about it. It was perfect!

Taking her Eyes off of her Poke Going screen-Covered Phone, she turned to me and spoke with hint of Questioning "What has you gotten so Happy for. I've not seen you like this before?"

I turned my head and full body at her while excitedly bouncing saying "Oh, I have Special Plans this Weekend I can do I've been waiting for."

"Like what?" She replied back.
Half grinning, half-I-Have-No-Idea-What-Face-Ever-Make-Half-The-Time-It-Even-Is I said "I'll show ya when I know I'm ready to." I don't know why I was showing off through my face as if it were a Present or something, but that's how I am.
"I rarely could do it cause I can't do it when Anyone else is Home; but my entire family will be gone till Sunday!" I say with Star eyes forming. She probably thinks it's something crazy Dumb hahaha.

"Oh!? That's such a Coincidence." She replied back.

Confused, I asked "What you mean?"

"Well, Mom grounded me for Absolutely Bullshit reasons some days ago and said I have to stay Home alone rather than go with them to some Fun place in Spokane or something." She said with a now half Dead Smile on her Face.

"Oh... I'm sorry." I say, as I Pat her shoulder/Back twice for Comforting attempts.

"Its fine, just means more me time. And me time is fun time." Making me die laughing.

"Haha okay, guess it's an even deal made then." I say as our Best friend Aaron taps me to get off the Bus like usual.

I hobble off the Bus and wait a few seconds for them and we walk along the Sidewalk towards the main area of the School grounds.

"I will see you two Ladies Monday." Aaron announces as he goes to his micro Bus.

"Bye." "Cya Pal." We say back.
"Cya Sis." I say to her, standing and waving, a classic gesture of Attention!

"Bye Layla." She says Before i start heading off Home.

---Hours Later---

I was laying on my Bed like I usually do, after eaten a dozen Oreos and watching Some YouTube, but waiting for Family to officially be gone before starting.

I looked out the Windows all throughout the House for a solid ten Minutes before confirming they had Gone officially.

I ran to where my Backpack lay on the couch and dug the short, thick blackened booklet about eight inches tall. I sat on the Carpet after closing all Blinds and turning lights on in various rooms so to make it seem I'm not alone, I started to flip through to the first Spell.
It read "To make one's awareness renewed and fixated to specific Sense's and thus affect ability one has." As in Super Hearing, Sight, Smelling, Touch, or Taste was possible.
I read the varient to Increase my sightful Awareness and decrease my Smell, making me able to see clearer details of things forty feet away like a hawk.

I changed it back and found one where it made it possible to make it completely silent; So to only hear your own voice.
I tested picking the couch up some and dropping it. Nothing. Jumped up and down and didn't hear any rattling or anything either. This would definitely be handy one day.

Next was what I had planned to do since Cayenne said She'd be home alone. A teleportation from one destination to another nearby destination. It said I should been inside the room I'm making the destination, and that it should be a Room and not outside.

I figure seeing pics of the room was good enough, so next up is getting the few basic items I need. A small bowl of cold water, and a handful of Grass inside of it. Five minutes later I had it set up and ready to go.
I previously texted her and found she Was Home alone for sure, so to not worry about anything beforehand, and had said to be ready for something, but to especially, Actually be fully clothed as well to not make it Awkward either.
I sat down at the bowl, chanted the Spells lengthy words and did as it said to do, use my finger to slowly pinch and drag the water into a form of oval Portal.
Standing up with book in my right arm to my side, I breathed in, closed my eyes, and walked into the gateway to Cayenne's House.  Splash.
