You Chapter Two - Reunited

Present Day

It has now been two years since I started working at the hospital, and I finally took some well needed time off because I had been constantly working for going on fourteen years and having some good old fashion relaxing was well over due!

While I was on my vacation I.M had come over and we got to talking about high school. All the ups and downs of it! And for some reason we got on the topic of Shownu. As the conversation continued I started to remember all of the feelings I had for him all four years of high school. I.M knew about of my crush because he was the first person I told! In the midst of our conversation I had asked I.M what had happened to Shownu seeing as how I had been gone for twelve years. He told me that Shownu had gone to the army while I was away. We in listed two years after I left and stayed until now, but added in that he was coming home for good in a few months. I don't know or understand why that news made me oddly excited, but I tried to ignore the feeling because he was A. straighter than a fucking pole, and B. He didn't know me well at all...I hardly ever spoke to him. The only real interaction we ever had was in my junior year when he was my science partner. We had to talk for the project, and I went to his house three time towards the end of the year because that was when our project was due. After that year was over we were "over". It had been so long since I'd seen him that I started to get curious as to what he looked now. I.M told me that he was going to pick him up from the airport and that I should tag along. I remember laughing at the idea because it sounded ridiculous, but he kept asking throughout the next two months, and eventually I agreed just to shut him up. And finally, the day came where Shownu was coming home. I.M and Shownu had been childhood friends. There were so close and I.M was so excited to see him! It made me happy to see him so excited...but it didn't outweigh how nervous I was.

I.M came to my house at ten A.M because he was afraid of being late. He rushed me to get ready while I was still half asleep...that boy irritates me to the high heavens sometimes, but luckily for him I still love him at the end of the day. We go stuck in massive traffic on our way to the airport which put I.M even more on edge. We finally made to the airport, parked the car, walked to his terminal, sat down and waited for him. Two hours later Shownu's plain, landed...turns out he had a layover we didn't know about...so basically, I woke up extremely early for nothing. As we waited for Shownu to exit the plain my heart slowly started to fall to my stomach at the thought of seeing him again after all this time! 'Would he even remember me?' 'Will be like "Why are you here?"'! I was making up a thousand and one reasons as to why I shouldn't be that and I was n't helping my situation, but I tried to hide it...even though I knew it was written all over my face that I was extremely nervous! I looked at the gate and waited to see him.

I waited and waited, but I didn't see anyone I recognized. 'Is he not coming home after all?' I thought to myself, but just then I.M started to jump around and ran to someone wearing a black hat. 'Is that him?' I asking myself. I.M had run to a very tall and buff guy...I started to panic. They talked for a minute before I.M started walking with the tall me toward me. 'HOLY SHIT' was all I could come up with and was on repeat in my head. He was ripped!! Like huge!! I couldn't believe that he was walking straight at me and I couldn't believe how much he had changed...'was I really gone for that long?' I thought.

"Ya Jooheon-ah!! Say hi to Shownu!!" I.M yelled at me as they walked closer and closer to me.

"Hi! It's nice to see you again. How have you been? I don't know if you remember me or not." god I feel so nervous!! My heart is beating way to fast! I may just have a fucking heart attack right here on the floor!

"Hey!! Of course, I remember you! You were my science partner back in junior year!! How have you been? It's been so long! Oh, and I'm doing great at the moment!" He stated as he brought me into a tight hug. I stood there in shock. 'HE REMEMBERS ME!! HE'S TOUCHING ME!! SHIT!!'
