Lola stood in the woods. The wind combed through her messy hair. The sun was rising, giving the sky a pinkish tint. The lush, green, leaves swayed peacefully. A smirk made its way up to her face. The full moon was last night. She stood there, the wind tickling her naked skin. Blood covered every inch of her. It was knotted in her brown locks, it stained her tan skin.
Her eyes glinted with something malicious. Last night, when it happened, she lost control for the first time in a long time.
She let loose.
Tearing apart anything that had a pulse. Call it boredom. Call it evil. Call it what you want. She had fun.
The blood-covered female sighed before turning around. She had left Mason with a babysitter last night and was itching to see him. Lola walked over to the tree that she put some clothes in last night. She quickly slipped on an old bra and underwear, a large t-shirt and sweatpants.
When she was no longer nude, Lola sprinted back to her house. She climbed through her window, as to not wake the baby or the babysitter, and took a boiling hot shower. She scrubbed all of the dried blood off of her and washed her hair. The brunette walked out of the shower with a content sigh. She wrapped a fluffy towel around her and walked into her room and got dressed.
Once she looked civilized, she climbed back out the window and to the front door. Lola knocked four times before there was shuffling from the other side. The door swung open to reveal a young girl, no older than 15. She had natural blonde hair, that went well with her emerald eyes. Jade had a very bubbly personality, always optimistic about everything.
"Lola!" The girl had a smile on her face as she stepped aside.
"Hey Jade" Lola walked into her home and into the living room, where a 2 month baby boy was lying on the floor on a mat.
A smile lit up the older girls features as she swooped him up.
"Hey, baby" she cooed "was you a good boy while mommy was gone?" She turned to Jade for an answer.
"Good as gold" the blonde nodded "I should get going"
"Okay, well thank you, Jade" she handed the girl $25.
"Anytime" with a smile and a hug, she was gone.
"Hungry?" Lola looked to Mason "let's get some food, Yeah? Yeah"
She warmed up a bottle of baby formula and sat down with her baby. He drank the formula greedily, his dark brown eyes staring at his mother as he did so. Lola hummed a small lullaby and cradled him in her arms as she did so. The baby boy soon found himself drifting to sleep.
Once she lulled him to sleep, the mother put her son in his baby blue crib, upstairs. She gazed down at his sleeping form, wondering how she got so lucky to have him. A small smile graced her lips as she turned around. Lola walked into the adjoining room, her room, and picked up a random book that was lying around. A couple of chapters in, her phone began to ring.
She frowned as she looked at the caller ID.
Unknown.
She narrowed her eyes at her phone and hit accept "Who's this?"
"Lola" her eyes widened at the familiarity of the voice.
"Bella" the brunette growled "what the hell do you want? Last I checked, you didn't want anything to do with me"
There was a sigh of frustration on the other end "I have information on him"
Lola froze "What do you want?"
"It's what I need"
The brunette rolled her eyes at Bella's dramatics "Cut the bullshit, Swan. Tell me what you need"
"My boyfriend is planning on killing him self in Italy. I need you to come to Voltura and help me bring him back" her voice became more frantic as Lola's eyes danced with amusement.
"Fine. Il be there-"
"Now. You need to be here now"
"Watch the attitude" Lola growled, her eyes glowing yellow as she did so.
"Today. Be in Voltura by today"
Lola looked at her phone in disbelief. The bitch hung up. She turned her head to Mason's room, would it be safe to take him with her? She didn't have anyone to call other than Jade. But Lola didn't know how long she was going to be gone for, she wasn't comfortable with leaving her son for God knows how long. She'd have to take him with her.
Damn it!
