Ch 1 The 'tail' of the Fox

Fox kept to himself mostly, the usual kid who kept his head down and stayed out of the way... But others kept to him...

No matter how hard Fox tried there was always a group following...

"Fangirls..." Fox muttered as he looked over his shoulder to find a group of girls taking pictures of him.
"You would think because nearly everyone has a quirk there wouldn't be problems like 'this'." he muttered as he sighed.

"Can we get a picture with you?!" One of them bounced.

"No." Fox said plainly.

"Pleeeeeeaaaaaaase..." They all begged.

"...one picture..." Fox face palmed.

"Thanks!" They all crowded around him and flashed pictures while posing with him. 

"Good thing I'm not epileptic..." Fox thought with a small smile.

"KAWAII!" They adored and Fox immediately stopped smiling.

"Damn teeth..." Fox cursed his teeth quietly. One of the main features the fangirls like is how his two sharp teeth show when he smiles, they show anyway but are way more noticeable when smiling.

"Lucky guy..." Fox's ears twitched when he heard this from passing people to which the girls adored.

"Ok that's enough!" Fox blurted as he ran into a nearby shop.

While he did need to buy a few things he mainly was in there to hide. "Milk, fish, meat, meat and more meat..." Fox drooled slightly as he grabbed the meat.

"I thought it was hungry like the wolf, not fox..." A girl giggled as she pat his head, snapping him from his daze.
"Names Okami Winter, nice to see I'm not the only one with fans!" She greeted as she gestured to another group of girls and a few boys mostly in grey.

"So a wolf quirk? Your fans wear grey because of it or... Just random chance?" Fox asked as he stared at the girl with long grey hair, grey ears and tail with white tips.

"That's the club colour... Although at this point its more like a cult!" She joked, "I'm guessing your fans wear red?" She said looking at the gathering girls on the other end of the isle.

"Well we're dead!" Fox accepted as he looked back and forth at the groups.

"Omg! Shipped!" The groups took pictures while talking about Fox and Okami. Fox began to slightly blush.

"Quick while they're distracted!" Okami whispered as she dragged Fox around the Okami group.

"I didn't say earlier but my names Kitsune Fox." Fox told Okami while they paid for their stuff.

"Kitsune..." Okami laughed a little at his name and he frowned a little.

"Its not that bad is it?" Fox asked looking at the floor.

"Let's just say its a good thing its only your last name!" Okami joked as they left.

"Okami, how have I never seen you around here?" Fox asked with curiosity.

"I only moved in about a week ago so that might be it... Do you think the 'clans' will join forces or declare war?" Okami joked.

"Maybe both? I think half will join forces and fantasize about us t-together and the rest will stay as they are." Fox thought aloud.

"Really depends on how close we live from one another..." Okami reasoned, they looked at each other for a second and laughed.

"Well... I gotta meet up with my mum down there so I'll see you later!" Fox smiled as he turned.

"Wait!... Here this is my number call me sometime!" Okami waved as they split up.

"So who was that?" Fox's mother asked as she wiggled her eyebrows. His mothers quirk was lie detector, it wasn't perfect but it worked on anyone who wasn't amazing at lying.

"A new girl called Okami, she has a wolf quirk so we are pretty similar..." Fox tried to skip as many details without lying.

"Ah, that reminds me there was someone moving in next to us. Maybe it was her?" His mother asked.

"No, she said she moved in last week so she would have been there already." Fox said as they drove off in their car.

It was a quiet ride home the only sound being some music and passing cars.

Fox felt the car stop and lifted his head.

"Huh?... Okami?" Fox thought when he saw someone moving boxes into the house next door. "No, Okami is taller... And their hair is longer and more purple..." He thought.

"Hello! Let me help you unpack. I'm Rebecca Kitsune and this is my son Fox Kitsune!" His mother was a blur as she took in box's, dragged Fox out and locked the car.

"Hello Kitsunes, I'm Charlotte Okami and this is my daughter, Winter Okami!" Charlotte said with glee.

"Hey Kitsune!" Okami walked up to  Fox to do anything better then carry heavy box's.

"I thought you said you moved in a week ago?" Fox asked.

"I did sorta... The moving van was late so we got to stay in a hotel for free!" Okami smiled as she explained showing her to sharp teeth. Seeing her teeth made Fox smile because he realized she also had the same teeth.

"Is your wolf quirk common in your family?" Fox asked looking at her mother who also had wolf ears and a tail.

"Yep! What about your fox quirk?" She asked.

"No... My quirk came out of no where and its a bit more then a fox quirk." Fox explained.

"Random quirks are really rare! Wait, what do you mean by more then a fox quirk?" She asked curious.

Fox was about to answer but was dragged away by his mother to help with the box's leaving Okami's question unanswered and it would stay like that for some time...
