Chapter 26

"Jungkook."

Bea and Tarjeis heads snapped towards me.

"Jungkook?" Bea asked

I handed Tarjei the note and motioned for him to read it.

He looked at it and opened carefully him and Bea began to read it as I focused on my family.

"daddy where did he come from?" Yoongi asked looking over Jin's shoulder.

"A nice man brought him to us." Jin said smiling weakly

"He's cute!" Jimin yelled.

"Yea Jiminie." Jin said

Jungkook sat there having a staring contest with Taehyung.

"Weird." Taehyung said leaning closer to jungkook

The baby began to laugh grabbing Taehyungs face.

Taehyung smiled

"Cute!" Yoongi said smiling

I removed my focus from my family as a hand rested on my shoulder.

"Did he?" Tarjei asked in a whisper

"I don't know...I called the police but I just don't know.." I said truthfully

"Joonie that's very scary he watched you and Jin and the boys." Bea said looking pissed.

"I know I know." I said shaking my head.

"Appa are you okay?" Hoseok asked pulling at my leg.

I smiled weakly "of course baby."

I picked him up and he looked at me. "Is he gonna stay?"

He looked over at Jungkook

I smiled "Do you want him to stay?"

He nodded violently

"Yea he's gonna stay with us for a long time okay?" I said kissing his cheek

"Okay Appa!"

He motioned to get down and quickly ran to his brothers.

I turned towards my friends who were giving me concerned looks.

"What are you gonna do?" Tarjei asked

"Tomorrow is Monday so we will go and get adoption papers for Jungkook and then we are looking for a new house." I said calmly

"Yea joonie moving is a really good idea." Bea said walking past us to sit with Jin and the boys.

Tarjei and I went to continue our conversation when there was a knock at the door.

I swiftly went to open it.

A police officer stood in front of me with a saddened expression.

"Hello are you Mr. Kim?" He asked

"Yes I am Kim Namjoon." I gulped closing the door behind me.

He sighed "well your friend Nat Jeon has shot and killed himself I'm very sorry for your loss."

I nodded "thank you. "

"He had a letter in his pocket addressed to you."

The cop handed me the letter and left.

I came back in the house rushing Tarjei into the kitchen

"What are-" I cut Tarjei off by showing him the letter

"He killed him self and left this letter to me."

Tarjei grabbed it and began opening the letter.

We sat at the table and he examined it

"There adoption papers that he has already signed."

I snatched the paper "he was already prepared to hand Jungkook over..."

Tarjei nodded "he's really yours now Namjoon."
