Killua made a point of sitting in the front seat
“I have to sit here so I can give directions”
Felix scoffed as he slid into the back seat “You know, there's this really nifty device called a satnav”
Killua shot him daggers through the windscreen mirror “My ways faster”
It wasn't, Killua was completely winging it, he was pretty sure he'd gotten them lost on more than one occasion, but they didn't need to know that, he had a vague idea of where they were now and it wouldn't be long until they got to the apartment
“Take a left here and go under that underpass, that's the apartments parking lot”
Killua had started unbuckling his seat belt before Gon had parked, he was twitching and shuffling nervously, typical, she hasn't answered one of my texts, that dipshit probably lost her phone again, how am I gonna get her to play along when we get up there
“Jesus slow down Killua, we haven't even gotten our bags out of the car”
“Oh, right, sorry I'm just eager to get in”
Gon rolled his eyes and tugged his bag from the car more aggressively than necessary
Felix picked up his bag and tossed it at Gon, “Carry this for me” he spun on his heel and gestured Gon to walk ahead of him “Okay bitches! Lead the way”
“Is he always like this?” Killua scoffed
“More often than not”
Killua paused for a moment at the front door, still trying to figure out a plan of action, he figured the best thing to do would be to quickly get Lex on her own and explain the situation to her before Gon or Felix asked her any questions. He fumbled with his keys and took a long shaky breath before swinging the door open
Lex was lounging on the sofa when she heard keys jingling on the other side of the door, ah Killua's home, she hadn't expected him to come back so soon, she knew he'd pitch a fit when he saw how messy the apartment was, but she didn't care much, she was just glad he was back, she never did like being here without him. She stood up to greet him, not really paying any mind to the fact that she was only in her underwear, not that it mattered, they both tended to walk around the apartment barely clothed.Wait, what's that smell? Her excitement was quickly replaced with aggression ....Alpha
When the door swung open to expose three figures on the other side, one of which being a very worried looking Killua and another an Alpha glaring at her viciously, she almost leapt forward, but before she could Killua had already grasped her wrist and was dragging her towards his room. He shoved her inside and slammed the door behind them
“EXPLAIN!” she roared
“Remember that time we went diving during that storm and almost died?”
“Yeah?”
“This is about 20 times worse”
“What's going on? And who the hell are those two?!”
“Promise you won’t get mad?”
“Just tell me!”
“That was Gon and his boyfriend Felix, they're gonna be staying here for a few days”
Lex opened her mouth to object but Killua cut her off
“Wait, there's more, he thinks you're my girlfriend so you have to play along until they leave”
Her expression was blank, completely unreadable which made Killua feel more nervous that he already was, it was a few moments before she spoke;
