(Sorry for any spelling mistakes, Im workin on my phone, and I'm working on the chapter drawing)

Pure panic blossomed in my chest, remembering what I had just saw an hour before. Cloudy, lifeless and dull blue eyes refusing to look at me. Frosty pale skin shons out from his normal colour. Lips chapped, a slight blue tint spreading around them. Body trembling, numb with cold. Fingertips were miscoloured, staying frozen up. Frosty breath escaping his lips, while regret and guilt built within his dulled, ocean eyes.

For now, I was staying in the same room as John after the scare. Not long ago he had fallen asleep, after refusing medical help plenty of times, and he was quietly bundled up. Colour was slowly returning to him, but its nothing good. Thoughts drifted on how I can help him. Food? Quietly, I slipped out of the room, heading towards the kitchen. Searching, I managed to find a hot chocolate mix and a can of soup. John may not be ill but soup will help, hopefully. I began on making the items.

The stove flickered off, gently taking the boiling hot pan off the cooker. There was a loud thud upstairs-John. Quickly, I put the pan down and made my way upstairs, opening his room door. My eyes widened...

John was crouched on the floor, red hand marks over his neck, puncture marks from nails in the sides of his neck, blood slowly dripping down. He stared at his hands, which had blood running down them, body quietly trembled. His head rose up slightly, looking up to me with wide, fear filled eyes. He looked so innocent and so scared.

Quickly, I crouched next to him, feelimg arms wrap around me and a face buried in my chest. Gently, my hand rose to rub his back, another gently brushing through his hair to try and calm him down. Sobs raked through his body, making my heart break on how broken he was sounding.

Glancing down to the male, I decided what I would do next, he needed help, help I cant give him.

A shakey, small voice spoke out "I-I... Th-they w-wont le-leave me al-alone..." Heart  broke more hearing how scared and small he was speaking. Usually, he's loud and screaming, but this was a broken man in my embrace, and he needed fixing. Whatever is going on in his head, he needed help.
