Sam checked around the motel room one more as he settled that, yes, everything was ready. He crouched down on the ground, beginning the Demon summoning. This was the only way he could get Dean here without a fight.

Ever since Dean became a demon,it's been hard on him.He was practically living alone now, going on some hunts just to get his mind occupied.Cas came around from time to time checking up on him,but even Sam knew he wasn't the real reason behind those check up.Sam knew Cas missed Dean just like him,if not more.Everytime Cas came around,Dean would pop up.They would talk, drink beer, act like old times, but soon they parted ways.Dean wasn't always around, and it was hard on him too.

He missed his baby brother and Cas,nothing was the same anymore.

But Sam knew differently. When they were together,he could feel the tension in the room.He was like a third wheel, watching Dean and Castiel look at each other, both smiling sad smiles, and he decided enough was enough.

Dean appeared before his little brother,a confused look on his face.Sam smiled,a weird glint in his eyes before he heard a flutter of wings behind him.Castiel was no God up in heaven, but they decided to give him his grace back.

"Hello Dean."Castiel said and nodded in Sam's direction."Sam."

Dean smiled a bit.Demon or no demon,he still felt human so to hell with it,he sure was going to act like one.

"Fellas,I didn't know we were having a get together."Dean chuckled as he hugged Sam and then hugged Cas.It was weird, the small sting of electricity running through them.I guess that's what happens when a demon hugs an angel.

"Actually,"Sam grabbed his coat, swinging it over his shoulder."I'm not staying, you guys need to talk about something."He said before heading to the door.Cas and Dean exchanged confused glances and were about to ask him when Sam just pointed at the ceiling and then at the floor.

Over their heads, was a well drawn demon trap, big enough to trace the whole room.On the ground was a ring of holy oil,and if you looked closely, there was string that was attached to a candle. One step out of it and-

Well,you get the driff.

"Sammy,I don't know what your thinking, but Cas and I don't need to talk about anything."Dean glared at his brother, whom just opened the room door and stepped out.

"Oh yeah? Then explain to me why you still have a grip on his hand."Sam smiled, before closing the door.

Dean and Cas looked at their hands, noticing that they had a firm grip on each other.Cas blushed and ever so slowly pulled his hand away.Weird emotions were taking over him once more, just like every time he was near Dean.Dean just stood there confused, missing the warm feeling in his hand.He cleared his throat, and then took seat on the bed which was settled under the demon trap.Cas followed sitting next to him in the eery quiet room.Neither of them was going anywhere any time soon.

"So,"Dean began."How's things up there?"Dean decided that small couldn't hurt anybody,so might as well make some while they wait.

"You know I can't share that kind of information with you now that you're a-"Cas couldn't bring himself to say it.Even by this time,he couldn't accept it.Dean just closed his eyes and nodded, understanding.Everything was weird now and it killed him,now thinking small talk is a bad idea.

"Everything's fine."Cas said, surprising Dean and himself."They got Mega ass-butt in jail, they are settling for a new God and everything is just falling back into place."

Dean chuckled at Cas name calling and smiled at him.He was glad Cas opened up to him,he knew he couldn't bring himself to hurt him and that just made his heart swell.

"I miss you." The words stumbled out of Dean's lips without warning.Cas blue eyes grew large with surprise and Dean just wanted to take it all back.He saw a small smile play on Cas lips before it turned into his neutral expression once more.

"I miss you too."Dean felt his hand being grabbed by another gently, tangling their fingers together. He didn't pull away, but embraced the warmth that came from it.He smiled at Cas and Cas gave him one of his rare full of sunshine smile.

"Maybe we do need to talk about it."Dean chuckled but soon felt Cas pressed up against him.Soft lips covered his own and he wrapped his arms around his small torso.Dean darted his tongue out and licked his lips tenderly. Small moans erupted from the back of Cas throat and Dean took it in his advantage. He explored Cas mouth while Cas tangled his hands in Deans hair. There wasn't any rush in the kiss, just pure bliss and passion before they separated for air. They got lost in each others eyes,Dean's candy green eyes bringing warmth to Cas cold empty heart.

Cas smiled at him and hugged him close.

"No talking, just cuddling." He said as he pushed Dean back on the bed and snuggled on his chest, making Dean chuckle.

"The angel and the demon, who'd have known?"Dean smiled, playing with with Cas hair, savoring the moment.
