Married to a billionaire

Zack's POV

"Zack Vape to the supervisor's office." someone said over the intercom.

"Shit" i said.

"whats the problem Vape?" asked George rudely.

"did ya hear?" i asked politely

"yep i did.what does hat mean?" he replied even ruder

"Death in he family. I'm going home early."" i said coldly

i walked to the supervisor's office and he confirmed my suspicions.

"Zack your father-in-law has had a heart attack. he's in the hospital. your mother-in-law called and told me. you're instructed to go home, paid leave, due to her instructions until after the funeral." he told me.

"oh

okay" i said a little confused.

i went to the hospital to see my father in law. he hospital was a half hour from work. when i got there i saw my mother in law had already left for the night. she must've called the branch on her way home. after about an hour of visiting him i bid him goodnight. i went home thinking how could this have happened. he was on blood pressure and heart medication. then i came to the conclusion hat hadn't been taking his medication or hadn't gotten around to getting his refill.

i got home around 11 pm. jacki was already asleep. i went to bed after i had some left overs from earlier in the night. i was great. sometimes i forget how great a cook she is.

                                                        -the next day-

"honey, honey it's time to get up. i'll make breakfast for us and the kids." i said to her.

"no we don't have time for you to make breakfast."she replied.

"okay i'll get the kids up then." i retorted.

i went to get the kids up and saw they were already up. they were fighting while their mother was still sleeping.

" kids! stop this bickering now!" i yelled at them.

"God dammit kids!" she screamed from the bedroom

great now she was up and pissed. i was hoping hat  could scare them enough to stop but they just got louder. so basically now they've done it.

she came out and said angrily"get you're asses dressed now or else you'll be grounded from the t.v. for 10 days each."

she was getting dressed now that she was up, but she went to take a shower first. she was already upset by the fact that her father was dead. thank god she wrote that note to me before she went to bed. she couldn't handle the death of her dad very well. her mom was doing even worse. i called he mom today to check in before we left. she was crying the whole time i was talking to her. i didn't tell jacki because i knew she would want to take the kids and g spend the week until the funeral with her mom. i would inevitably go with to make sure she wouldn't crash the car.

around 7:5 we were all ready to go. we left around 7:50 because the attorney's office was only 10 minutes away.
