One Day in The Future

The Reception

Matt's POV

When he stood up I could see the light go out of her eyes. I pulled her to me and whispered "don't worry about him today is out day" she whispered back "I love you more than anything in the world" after everyone was still I told the pastor to continue the pastor said "okay the bride and groom have divided to write their own vous go ahead" Anna started "Matt ever since we met you changed my life you made me the happiest that I have ever been I am happy I met you and I will love you until the end" after she was done I started "Brianna Hope Phillips you have meant so much to me since the day we met. You are the love of my life you are everything to me. You are the reason I am alive today. I am so happy to take you as my wife and to be your husband I will love you until the end" she was crying again and I was tearing up. I couldn't get over how beautiful she was even when she cries. The priest said "I now pronounce you husband and wife you may kiss the bride"

The reception Brianna's POV

we are at the reception it's going pretty good Matt and I danced my dad and I danced. Matt is drinking to much i'm scared I told him to slow down but he didn't listen he gets unpredictable when he drinks he has pushed me but not since I have been pregnant thank god I don't know what I would do if he hurt this baby. I leave the room to go to the bathroom and he follows me I go into the bathroom and he comes in to there where people in the bathroom I said "can we have the bathroom for a min please" and they left I locked the door and pushed him against a wall I said "if you don't stop drinking so much this marriage won't last long" he said "i'm sorry I don't know what has gotten into me" I just looked at him I said "then stop baby this doesn't have to get worse" he kissed me and we went back to our reception instead of getting alcohol he got either soda or juice. the rest of the night went fine we danced until everyone left then we went home and went to bed. the next morning I felt a sharp pain in my stomach I didn't know what was going on Matt woke up to my screams and we rushed to the hospital. the doctor said that I had a miscarriage I couldn't speak I was almost at my due date

Matt's POV

when we got home from the hospital she went right to bed and i stayed down stairs. i don't know what to do anymore everything that has happened to Brianna and I is horrible I don't know how we handle it. 

1 year later 

after the miscarriage everything in the house was quiet Brianna has been sleeping a lot and i have been working a lot when i got home from work Brianna was sleeping on the couch with the dog. when i walked in Ella started barking i walked over to her and pet her and kissed Brianna she woke up she said "hey when did you get home?" i said " just a few mins ago when did you come down stairs?" she said " around noon the dogs had to go out side."
