It's been a month since Ethan and his mom joined us for dinner.

Our 'friendship' has grown. Yeah, I can call it friendship now. Because he stopped annoying me and I stopped being mean to him and we treat each other more like friends now. Sometimes, he insists to drive me though I have my own car, he joined me for lunch whenever Jasper isn't around and most of all, we hang out together, either he visits at my place or I visit at his.

It's Monday and I feel lazy. I just want to cuddle here in my bed for the whole day and think about him. But that can't be possible. I really need to go to school or else Mom will kill me. So, I headed towards my en-suite, take a shower and wear a comfy jeans paired with a comfy shirt. I'm not really in the mood to choose my 'best' outfit because first of all, I'm too lazy to go to school.  I took my bag, phone, and car keys, as usual, and headed downstairs to see both my parents are already eating their breakfast. But I'm too lazy to eat.

What the hell? Why suddenly I became lazy? Oh right, it's Monday, and Monday is Lazy Day. Ha-ha!

I thought to myself.

I headed quickly at the entrance door to be called my Mom.

"Yeah?" Was only my reply.

"Aren't you eating breakfast, honey?"

"Nah. Jasper's already waiting for me in the school, you know, as the Vice-President of student council, he needs to be early. And oh, maybe he brought some breakfast." I lied. Why the hell I'm really good at lying?

"Oh, okay honey. Take care," Seems like Mom's buying my lie. Bravo!

"Okay, I will, you too. Bye!"

As I'm at the front of my car, I heard someone saying to my ear,

"Good morning," And I jumped in shock. When I looked at my shoulder to see who it is, I saw it was Ethan.

"Oh gosh! You scared the hell out of me."

"Oh, I'm sorry. I didn't mean – "

"Good morning, too." I cut him off because I swear, his never-ending apology will start again.

As I'm about to unlock my car, he speaks again, "Mind if I drive you to school?"

Perfect! You have that perfect timing! Because I'm too lazy to drive or in other words, to do anything today.

"Of course not. Besides, I'm also too lazy to drive." I said, now giving him a huge smile.

"Good I asked you. Because if I don't, you might crash into the tree or whatever." He smiled, and we both laugh.

Since it's Monday, we go to our English class together. And as the teacher's talking, I'm just daydreaming.

"Hey, are you listening? Mrs. Roger said that we will be having a quiz." Veronica, my seatmate, said.

"What the hell? Really?" I asked nervously.

"Just kidding. I'm just trying if you're really listening to what Mrs. Roger are saying, but it seems not. What's wrong with you?"

With this, I poke her.

"Ouch! What the – "

"Ms. Reid, Ms. Smith, what's your problem?" Asks Mrs. Roger.

"Nothing, Ma'am." Me and Veronica said in unison.

The bell rang which means English class is done. So, I headed quickly at door and felt someone hold my wrist.

"Are you okay?" It's him, again.

"Yeah, I'm fine. Why?" We're now walking at the corridor, and when I look back, I saw Kyle following us.
