I woke up to the annoying voice of my mom. Though she doesn't talk that loud, I can still hear her voice  up here in my room.

"Okay, sweetie. I'll wake Cassie up." She said to whoever she was talking to. I can hear her footsteps getting nearer, so before she could wake me up, I already stood in front of my bedroom door.

"Who is it?" I asked her before she could enter my room.

"Who?" Oh, and that's my mom. I'll ask her a question and she ask me a question, too.

"The one you're talking to downstairs."

"Oh, him? Nothing, really. You just need to come down." She said giving me a huge smile.

"Him? A guy?" I almost shout to my mom. I was.....shocked. A guy? Will ever come in to my house at this hour? "Mom, really?"

She just nod.

"Oh, yeah. I almost forgot. It's just Jasper huh? I forgot that I told him last night to get me here, since we will be having a out of town, if you don't mind, mom?" She just widen her eyes. Urghh. What the hell is wrong with my mother? Why I can't talk to her properly? "Okay fine! I'll go down!"

As I'm taking steps down the stairs, I already talk (or more like shouting so he could hear me) to Jasper.

"Good morning my sweet bff.  Mom already let to come with you out of town so I just need to – " I didn't finish my sentence because I have a mini heart attack to see who's sitting on our living room.

"Uhm.." He clears his throat before continuing his sentence. "Good morning, Cassie." He smiled at me.

"Uhm, hey. Good morning." I smiled back at him and sit next to him.

"So, what're you doing here?"

Before he could answer my question, Jasper interrupts us.

"Hey Cass, good morning." He greeted and kiss me on my cheek.

"Yeah, okay. Good morning." I replied.

Jasper walks out of the living room and go to the kitchen where my mom is cooking, maybe breakfast.

"So, what?" I raised an eyebrow to Ethan. Yeah, I forgot to tell you, Ethan is here.

"Uhm, Cassie, I want to ask you if we could spend the Saturday together, if you don't mind?"

"Yeah, you should go Cassie." Jasper said from behind us.

I look back at him and said, "What? What about our trip?"

"I can cancel it and move it whenever you're free." He answered, forcing a smile.

"What? No! Jas, no!"

"It's okay Cass, really. Besides, I have loads of home works to do. It's okay, enjoy your day." He said while he grabbed his bag on the living room and headed out.

"Wait a sec," I said to Ethan and followed Jasper.

"Jasper! What the hell?" I shout, I'm already pissed off at him.

"What? What did I do wrong?"

"Really? You will cancel our trip? Do you think that makes me happy?" I'm still shouting, but not too loud.

"Why not?" he's being sarcastic now, and I hate that side of him. Because I know I can't win if he continue to be like this.

"Shut up! It's not my choice! I want to spend this Saturday with you, my best friend! But seems like you're throwing me away and – "

"Well, I'm just your best friend and he's your soon to be "boy" friend."

"What?" This time, I'm not shouting anymore.
