A fallen Angel..

Ch.2: New roommate.

"There's no way in hell she's living with you Sonic! She should live with me." Rouge said

"You have a small place! It's already crowded as it is." Sonic stated

"Rouge he is right, I think you should just worry about your sister and Shadow," Cream said

"Oh, alright fine. I'm sorry Sonic." Rouge said clearly upset about losing the argument

"It's okay, I understand," Sonic said holding her shoulder

"Let's go tell her," Shadow suggested walking out the door

"Yea let's go," Rouge said following him

They went to the living room and sat down

"Rose, you are going to live with one of us and well," Rouge said turning her head to look at Sonic

"I decided to take you in since, well I feel that I should take care of you in some way," Sonic said looking at Rose

"Well, that is nice of you. When do we go to your home?" Rose asked

"Well, it's not just my home now. It's our home, and we could leave right now or an hour or two from now." Tails said

"Then I'd like to go home now, I am pretty tired and I had a long day," Rose asked getting up

"Okay then, I got your bags. So you can meet me outside." Sonic said with a smile

"Okay," Rose said walking outside

"Hmm, Mr.I got your bags. What are you up to? Hm?" Manic asked with a chuckle

Sonia elbowed him in the ribs, "Manic! He's being a gentleman, unlike you rebel!" she said

"First ow! And second he knows I was joking around! Right, Sonic?" Manic asked rubbing his ribs

"Yea, Sonia don't be so uptight. But Manic, Sonia is right. I'll see you guys tomorrow." Sonic said picking up all the bags

"So umm Sonic, yes?" Rose asked looking at him

"Yes, that's my name," Sonic said reassuring her

"Sonic, well umm I was wondering if you show me around tomorrow since I haven't, well at least don't remember being here.." Rose asked rubbing her arm

"Of course Rose! I'd love to show you around!" Sonic exclaimed with a grin

"Thank you Sonic," Rose said smiling at him

"We've arrived home." Sonic said quietly, wishing they didn't arrive at their home yet while he walked him and Rose to their front door

"Well umm, thank you for taking me in.." Rose said sort of crossing her arms

"Of course Rose, I had to do something. You know to help since I felt I had to take care of you somehow." Sonic said unlocking the door

"Thank you again." Rose said rubbing her arms

"There's no need to thank me." Sonic commented opening the door for Rose

Rose looked at Sonic then walked into the house. Sonic walked in behind her, closed the door and locked it, "Our room is the second door on the right, I'll be right up." Sonic said taking off his stuff

"Okay." Rose said while walking up the stairs to her room

Sonic smiled at how curious she was to see their room and then sighed, he grabbed her stuff and walked up the stairs and entered her room,"So how do you like it?" he asked

"Like it? I love it!" Rose said with a huge smile

"I'm glad you do, now here's your stuff. I'll be downstairs making some hot chocolate." Sonic started walking out to his room

Rose sighed and sat down on her new bed. She grabbed her new clothes, started to fold them then put them in her new dresser. She took her coat off in her closet to hang it up. She closed the closet door and grabbed her pajamas then started changing into them. She changed into boy shorts and a tank top then turned off the light. Rose walked to Sonic's bed and layed in it.

~Time skip~

Rose woke up from a weird dream, a dream full light, and warmth, it felt like home, she missed it so much for some reason. She jumped up, looked around and sighed. 'That dream.. it felt so real..' was what Rose thought as hot tears rolled down her tan and marked muzzle. She got up and walked to her door, she opened it and walked to the kitchen to get a cup of water. Contemplating if she should wake Sonic over a little dream. She hesitated for a few seconds, she decided to wake up Sonic. As soon she was about to walk away Sonic woke up," Rose?" he asked

"Oh, I was, it's nothing. I'll go back to bed." she said about to walk off

"Rose, what is it? You know you can tell me." Sonic said grabbing her arm

"It's just that, umm well, I had a dream.. It's nothing.." she whispered with a shaky voice while wiping her tears away

Sonic didn't say anything but pulled her into a kind and gentle hug, as shaken as she was she hugged him tightly and cried into his shoulder.

"Shh, shh, it's okay. It's over, it was just a dream." Sonic said rubbing her back

"It, it," she panted, "felt so, so, real!" She explained while crying more

"It's okay Rose, let's just go to sleep." Sonic said picking her up and laying her on the couch with him

They layed there as Sonic layed with her having his arms around her calming her down. Rose finally calmed down and fell asleep but in Sonic's arms. Sonic was blushing a bit but nevertheless still held her in his arms afraid that she would wake up.

~Next morning~

Sonic woke up early to make some breakfast for him, Rose and Tails.

"Good morning Sonic.." Rose said

"Good morning Rose." Sonic said with a smile

"I'm sorry about last night, it wasn't a nightmare but it was a dream.." Rose said

"Hello, fellow roommates!" Tails said walking into the kitchen

"Hey, Tails? Right?" Rose asked

"Yes." Tail's answered

"Well Rose, was it a dream or a memory?" Sonic asked

"What? Rose? You got to tell me about it." Tali's said

"It was blank but it was bright, I felt warmth, I felt like I belonged there like it was home. I missed it, a lot." Rose said confused, lost
