Layla's POV
It was just like any other day me and Jahi finished our homework before the teacher came and we learned a lesson. The she told us that we had to do a project on Ancient River Valley Civilizations. I got Mesopotamia, Halia got Egypt, Jahi got China, and Myles got Indus. They had to be complete by the end of the week. So as soon as the teacher left we went to the store and got stuff for our projects. Halia and i grabbed alot of glitter,glue,markers,paint,paper, and a poster board. Myles and Jahi were just playing with some dinosaurs they found. Really Jahi. What they stretch, he said. Myles laughed then Halia helped him pick out stuff. Then Jahi asked me to help him. I told him what to get. We all went to Myles house because everyone was gone and it was closer. My moms calling hold on.
Phone call
Mom: Hey Layla how you been are you okay
Layla: Ya the doctor said i can go back to doing what i usually do.
Mom: well Me and Halia's mom are not gonna be back for 2 months she said softly
Layla: 2 MONTHS MOM WHEN CAN I EVER SEE YOU!!
Mom: there will be times when i can visit im just really busy
Layla: i understand i love you mommy...
Mom: I love you more and dont tell Halia her mom wants to tell her.
Layla: ok mom bye
Mom: bye stay safe.

Jahi's POV
Layla got of the phone with her mom. She sat down with us everything okay, i asked. Ya, i'm fine she said. She sat next to Halia and they started working on their projects.-3 hours later- Layla and Halia were almost done they just had to write some more stuff. Im tired, Layla whined. Me too. Me and Layla said bye to everyone and we left. We got home and i sat on the couch. Layla went and put on some more booty shorts. She came and sat next to me. I have a question, she said. What is it. I don't mean to sound rude or be mean but why did you get me pregnant, she asked. I didn't even know you were pregnant, and i didn't do it on purpose. Oh, she said. Well it's been past 4 days. Ya, i don't think i'm ready for that,she said. Why? Well because last time i ended up pregnant, she said. Oh, i said sounding upset. I'm just kidding Jahi,she said lifting my head up. Oh then mabey we can freaky on Saturday. Because right now i just wanna chill with my baby. She kissed me and put her head on my shoulder. We ended up having sex anyways but this time she made sure that i didn't get her pregnant.
