Chapter 20

Emison was getting the twins ready for sleep, not saying anything. Finally, Alison breaks the ice.
  "So are we going to deliver this money?" She asked.
  "What will Jenna do to us if we dont." Emily says seriously as she places Lily in her crib, gently.
  "I don't know."
  "Might as well be safe and turn the money in." Emily sits down on the couch in The Lost Woods next to Alison in the room Spencer gave them when Spencer bursts into the room, breathing heavily.
   "Spence are you ok?" Emily asked timidly.
   "I got the money." Spencer manages a smile but the tears in her eyes remain.
   "Where..." Ali adds suspiciously.
   "I robbed the Carissimi Group." Spencer says honestly but she whipes away her falling tears with the sleve. Ali and Emily get up and hug her.

    Spencer aproches the door of Jenna's room at the Radley; knocks; no answer. Spencer tries the knob. She slowly turns and the squeak from the medal stop against the door frame let's loose. A slick smile displays across she face as she pushes the door open, only to close it behind her. She slowly takes her phone out of her pocket. She spots an interesting item on the table. The smile returns to its previous place in her expression. She moves her quivering hand toward it before feeling a tingling feeling race down her spine.
   "What the hell are you doing here!" The voice bounces off the wall right into her ear. Spencer doesn't flinch and just keeps looking down at the item.
   "Coming back from hell." She smiles. "You?" She questions.
   "Spencer you use to be alot smarter." The voice says without expression. Deep yet totally concealed emotionally. Surprising, she feels safe.
  "What do you think is going to happen now huh?" She hold up his own ID to his face. "You wanna explain yourself eh? No, don't. Happy to have you rot in jail."
   "Fuck you." Jason says.
   "I thought Cece got that treatment." She slips the ID into the fire, only to remove it and drop it on the carpet. It sparks aflame and the fire rises to the wall.
   "WHAT THE HELL!" Alex screams from behind her.
   "ALEX! WHY ARE YOU HERE!?"
   "That money got me out of Paris, I came to thank Jason. Walked in, and see you burning down the whole appartment!" Alex pours her can of Miller on the carpet, expecting it to die down, but flies up instead, with it swallowing her and Jason. Not grieving the loss of her siblings, Spencer thinks of herself. Get. The. Hell. Out.

Spencer darts out of the half burning building that has spread to the 3rd and 2nd floor. Spencer buckles herself in her rented car before speeding down every streat she saw leading away from the incident.
