Chapter 9:Will She Survive?

"Ty's POV"

We sat there waiting for the doctor to speak.We all hoped that she would be ok,but with that look on his face,we didn't think it would be that easy.The doctor pulled a chair over,and sat in it.He looked at his clipboard one more time,before he sighed and looked up at us."Amanda is lucky to have survived with her conditions,which is very grateful." The doctor said.We had tears in our eyes,but we all felt hope.It felt like I was empty without Amanda beside me,but hopefully she would be beside me soon.The doctor continued to speak."But,there is a big issue that came with her condition." He said.We were on the edge of our seat,wondering what the problem was.The doctor sighed once more,and continued again."The big problem with Amanda is that...." He sighed then continued."She's in a coma.One that she might never wake up from." He said and looked down sadly.

It took me a minute to process what he just told me.I didn't know what emotion I should be in.I just sat there,blankly,staring at nothing.I then got back to reality and started crying.I fell to the ground on my knees,and cried.The doctor said it was a coma she might never wake up from,and I couldn't live without Amanda.I started feeling dizzy and my vision got blurry.I fell onto my stomach.I continued to cry,but my vision was still blurry and I was still dizzy.I could hear my name being called,and could feel people picking me up.But,I just passed out.

"Mitch's POV" (WHAT?! XD)

I couldn't believe what I just heard.Amanda...was in a coma?! I couldn't believe it.I started crying into Jerome's shoulder,while he comforted me.I looked up to see Ty on the floor,crying his eyes out.I stood up and walked over to him,only to see him fall onto his stomach.I started to get worried and rushed over to him."Ty?Ty?! Dood,are you ok?Ty?!" I said,but all he did was close his eyes,and his breathing turned back to calm.I then picked him up,and carried him over to a nurse."Nurse,I think he passed out from all the crying." I said,crying a bit now.I couldn't have Ty go into a coma like Amanda.I just couldn't.

The nurse nodded and called over some other nurses,and the same doctor who told us the news about Amanda.They took him into another room,and started hooking a few wires into his arms.We sat and waited for him to wake up,since he would probably be a little freaked out on what was happening.So,we all sat and cried,wondering if Amanda would ever wake up,and if Ty would be ok.

"Time Skip to 1 hour Later"

"Ty's POV"

I woke up in a room I didn't reconize.I sat up,and rubbed my eyes,when I noticed where I was.I was in a hospital room.I saw I had a few wires hooked up to me.I didn't know why I was here,until then I remembered.I passed out because of hearing the news about Amanda.I started crying into my hands again,when I heard someone walk over to me.I looked up to see Mitch.His eyes were puffy,so he must've been crying alot.'Hey dood,how you doing now that you've woke up?" He asked.I smiled a little,showing that I was ok.

"I'll go get a nurse so you can come out with us." He said and I nodded.He then walked out,and came back after a few minutes with a nurse.She started unhooking the wires from my arms.I rubbed them,and stood up.I thanked the nurse and walked out with Mitch towards the guys.When I got over to them,they smiled."Glad your ok,Ty." Adam said."Yeah,we didn't want you to be passed out for awhile." Karla said.I smiled and sat down next to Mitch.I looked around but didn't see Caitie."Hey guys,where's Caitie?" I asked."She went to go get some coffee,but she'll be back in a bit." Jason said.I nodded and stood up again.

I walked over to one of the nurses,and asked if I could see Amanda.She nodded and led me over to her room.I motioned for Mitch to come over,too.He stood up and walked over with me.We entered the room,and we just couldn't help but start crying again.Seeing Amanda like this just made us so sad.I walked over and sat in a chair on one side of Amanda,while Mitch sat on the other side.I grabbed Amanda's hand and held it.I really wanted for her to hold it too,but she was still in a coma.Tears streamed down my face now.

I really wanted her to be awake.I miss her smile,her laugh,her voice,I miss everything about her.She's the one who always brightens my day when I'm sad,but today she just can't.I looked at her once more,and stood up,but still held her hand.I bent down and kisses her cheek,and started to walk away.But,I couldn't.I couldn't move my hand,because it felt like something was grasping it really hard.I looked back over to my hand I had held Amanda's hand in,and gasped.I couldn't believe it.
