Miami the hot city

we reached Miami Florida and boy was it hot yeah we have day rings that allow us to walk in the sun but that doesn't mean we cant get a horrible sun burn like humans do but unlike humans we burn a little faster than humans so we made sure we bought a box full of sunblock with a 100 spf but that's not the worst we have to reapply every thirty minutes and due to our ability to see in the dark daylight is a little to bright for our eyes so we had to buy some sunglasses. hey why does it have to be so hot I asked as I was applying sunblock, its Florida for ya lets try to make this quick I don't want  to be here anymore than you do trust me I at least try to avoid this state says Rosa, really it makes sense the last time we ever traveled I made the suggestion to go to Miami but noooo you used compulsion to put me to sleep all because you hated being here I said as I looked at her still upset about it, hey no hard feelings kid but this is exactly why I never set foot here its because of this damn heat says Rosa, well now that I'm a vampire I now know what you mean and lets try to make this my first and last time coming here Rosa I said, yeah trust me I plan on it, I'm gonna go use the phone and get a hold of the sheriff see if the Miami police are aware of our current situation I say as I walk to the phone I bump into a woman about my age making her fall, oh sorry miss uh I stop as I realized  how pretty this girl was that I didn't realize that I was handing her back her sunblock and some unmentionable things, sorry about that I notice that she had a scrape on her knees and that it started to heal immediately she try's to run but I grabbed her before she had a chance and said hey its ok I'm the same I said as I flashed my eyes red as surprise as she was she calmed and says sorry I thought you was one of those hunters I'm Lucy and who might you be asks Lucy, oh um Bryan is my name and I'm only twenty seven in case your thinking I'm old I said with a little laugh, Lucy pulls out a pen and paper and wrote down her address and says well if you have no where to stay your more than happy to come and stay at my place she says with a smile as she walks off leaving me stunned as Rosa walks up to me making me jump when she put her hand on my shoulders she says whoa easy there where you able to get ahold of them? asked Rosa, oh uh not yet but guess what I met another vampire who lives in this city I said, what really she could be our target says Rosa, no I don't think so but anyways she gave me an address she also mention that she thought I was one of those hunters I said confused, hunters you say hmm Rosa begins to think, what is there something wrong you don't think she means us right? I asked, no I don't think so yeah we are hunting our own kind but we only get the bad ones unless someone else is doing what we are doing and mistaking her for being burts lackeys why don't you go to the address I get us a hotel room ask her and if you feel she will trust us you tell her about us ok says Rosa, yeah but first let me call them I said as I go to the pay phone and call the sheriff the phone rings and the sheriff answers. hello  Portland sheriffs department this is officer rick says officer rick, hey rick its me Bryan and Rosa was wondering if you can inform the Miami police about our situation and also give the other city's in on our situation well need all the help that we can get I say as I give him the names of the states and the report for our first location, ok Ill inform these places and make sure your given full permission to use any means necessary says rick, thanks well give you our next report after we leave Miami said before I hanged up the phone hand rosa my bags and I  headed of to lucys house.
